I needed something to commute to work and was unsure which scooter to buy. I have had this scooter for a month and it gets me to work in a timely matter. I love the bright lights because I mainly drive when it is dark, and turning signals. Just be careful and don't underestimate it's speed and brakes are very touchy but work well. The battery life is pretty decent just make sure u carry your charger if u wanted to use this scooter for commuting to work. I live 7.5 miles from work and can get to work going the max speed of 19 ot 20 miles per hour, it uses up half of the battery them I get to work and plug it it then it ride it home. I bought 2 for my 12 & 14 year grandsons for Christmas. Did not open until Christmas. Kids were very impressed as was I. Tires are big, fast, headlights, blinkers, etc. they have a long driveway and have not stopped playing with them. I don’t know about longevity but for now i/they love them
