So I haven't even ridden this yet but right out of the box this thing seems worthless. First of all, it was sold with a weight rating of 330lbs but the manual says it has a weight rating of 220lbs. So I might not even be able to use it. Then it says don't ride it in the rain. Don't ride it in the rain?!? What the hell is the point of a vehicle that can't be ridden outside? Where are people supposed to ride it? It says don't ride it in the road. Again, where the hell are people supposed to ride it. I bought the thing as a mobility vehicle that I could fold up and take with me on the bus. The app is in Spanish. I certainly don't care if the app is in Spanish but I need an app I can actually read. In any case, the app doesn't seem to do anything anyway. Update: So yeah, this thing is worthless. I took it out for a test and it could barely move on flat ground let alone up any kind of hill. But even if I could the thing is still useless. You need the app to unlock it. I did get the app to display in English but every time you try to use the thing the app disconnects all your other Bluetooth connected devices. I ended up having to do a complete factory reset on my watch to get it to repair with my phone. Needless to say, I'll be returning this peice of junk.

This fits me perfectly. Smooth ride maneuvers good going up and down the slight inclines. Installed easy tires are great since I’m 300lbs and the price was reasonable. The charge is the only thing that doesn’t last long when you charge full it drains down to 2 bars on every trip so you have to keep charging before each ride.

500w. Good for small adults or teens. I'm 260 lb and it will not pull me up an incline, but works good on flat ground and level roads. Our friend's teenage daughters love it and it worked great with them. They got it up to 22 mph.

After riding… all the bolts and screws were coming loose. It’s like they never got tightened. Screws and bolts over the entire scooter were affected. And some of the areas can not be tightened bwithout taking the scooter apart. One area in particular is under the mud flap on the front wheel. The bolt is out of reach….under the center of the flap with 2 inches of clearance and my hand can’t reach to tighten. It is unrivaled because the flap drags on the wheel. Plus the speed control is totally loose

This is my first e-scooter, and I've had no experience of e-scooters before. I chose this product because I need a scooter with turn signals. I like : - It isn't noisy. A good surprise. - It goes up a slight hill smoothly and effortlessly. - For commuting, it does the job, although I have to charge it every 5 miles due to the hilly geography (only 50m gradient, though) I don't like : - It does not absorb any impact. On damaged roads or even road markings, driving becomes very uncomfortable. If you suffer back or neck pain, you're likely to cry. - The battery is used up fairly quickly if you're going uphill. The brake works well for stopping but not for controlling speed. This makes it very difficult to go downhill. If the road is damaged when you go downhill, you'll feel in danger. As we live in a hilly area, this is a big negative point. - It's quite heavy, so it's not easy to get it up and down the walkway. This may be a general problem for all electric scooters. - The blinkers are discreet. I don't know if cars see them. - The delivery was delayed and we were informed of the delay at 9pm of the planned delivery date. In addition, the product was delivered in a very dirty box with holes.
