This had a manufacturing defects so the metal blocks wheel from threading, which is needed to make it function as a bed. I tried to call to get a new part and the only option was to return, in the box so had to disassemble too. Bed part has a gap from sofa part which would not be good while sleeping. This is a very cute sofa bed, was very easy to put together. All parts were enclosed. I'm looking for a full size sofa bed to sleep two full grown adults. After putting it together, I learned it will not sleep 2 full grown adults. Will fit 2 small children or 1 full grown adult. Your feet may or may not hang over the edge, mine did I'm 5'5. The bottom section is More narrow than the top seat cushion. The material is very nice. As far as firmness....it's extremely firm if you like firm. It fits perfectly in my small guest room. In my opinion I think it is very uncomfortable due to the minimal amount of padding. Fabric is nice and it looks good. Too bad it is poorly made, I already had to replace the wheels on the bed as they broke the first week of using it. If I had kept the box I would have returned it but sadly box was wet as it was delivered in the rain, at least the loveseat wasn't wet. ... show more

This futon is easy to build. The only issue is that one of the parts came broken. It is a pretty firm piece of furniture. If lounging it to lay on it would need a topper added for softness. For the price it was expected.

Pieces were missing upon arrival, design is very dumb, nothing holding trundle to couch other then 2 screws, should have tracks or something. Not worth $300, i ordered black and got a navy blue. The quality is very cheap. Do not recommend buying

For the most part, easy to put together. Yet the front piece that goes on the drawer, did not line up with the metal screws, had to drill through the wood for it to stay on one side, tried everything. Is not very comfortable either. Recommend putting down a pad, folded blankets or futon. Very meh.
