Instructions were not as clear as I expected but still able to understand. Installed by myself. All parts easily identifiable and holes exactly where they were supposed to be. Very sturdy , the fit is exactly as described. The hardest part was getting it squared to start with. I believe that it would have been self squaring had I not tried so hard to do everything exactly. No leaking, stood up to 65 mile winds last night with no issues. I definitely recommend this gazebo to anyone that wants a durable unit. Comes in 3 separate boxes and the roof metal arrived 3 days after frame. But each piece fit as supposed and absolutely no damage.

Well now that it’s up it looks great! But the instructions are missing pages literally goes from page 11 to page 16. These are the steps for the roof. I was like what the hell. Luckily my daughters are wizards on the internet to find a similar product. But that slowed me down for an hour. Sure it was simple mistake. But pretty easy to build when you can see the information

I so wanted to live this product! It came in four large boxes, we opened all of the boxes and put all pieces in order to help with construction. It was quickly evident that all of the attachments were poorly cut, and welded and made they did not fit into the proper pieces appropriately. It took us taking hammers and pliers to make space for parts you fit. The screen is missing from the box and out of the 186 screen curtain holders we are short 42 pieces!!! I called Amazon to get the part they are unable to get me parts they said wouldn’t like a credit—- no I want the part I didn’t spend all day constructing this to have to tear it all apart and send back to rebuild another box. (Mind It took 5 adults and 7 hours to build). I’m so frustrated I cannot get support. The pieces had a lot of scratches and the welds were terribly done.

The media could not be loaded. We purchased this gazebo for our patio as part of a remodel of our yard and home. This is my first video review, so I apologize for any mistakes—I was a bit nervous speaking. Also, I originally had two videos, but when I found out I could only post one, I just merged them instead of redoing it. We love this purchase for several reasons. The size is perfect for our patio, and my husband was able to assemble most of it on his own, even though two people are recommended. The netting is thicker than I expected, which should definitely help keep bugs out. The curtains are heavy-duty and water-resistant. We chose to bolt ours into our concrete/rock patio. At first, we accidentally installed the curtain hooks backward, so be aware—that’s an easy mistake to make. The gazebo arrived in two boxes, which is important to note because we had one hiccup. One box contained all the roof pieces, while the other had everything else—hardware, posts, connector bars, etc. My husband and son-in-law opened both boxes, as instructed, to verify that all parts were included before building. I had seen other reviews mentioning missing brackets and poor customer service, but that was not our experience. Initially, it appeared that Part H (some small brackets) was missing, and customer service responded quickly. They actually sent an entire replacement gazebo and told us to use what we needed and return the rest afterward—which would have been quite a task given its size. Here’s something to pay attention to: while waiting for the replacement, my husband continued building with the parts we had. When he fully unpacked the roof box (which, remember, didn’t contain hardware), he found the missing pieces tucked between two roofing panels. We tried to stop the replacement shipment, but it had already been sent. Overall, our experience was great, and we are very happy with this purchase. We would recommend this gazebo if you are able to anchor it. If you cannot secure it, we would not recommend it, as it cannot be folded down during windstorms.

While the gazebo is very nice, the instructions are vague and consist only of drawings and no written instructions. It took three of us over 5 hours to assemble. During assembly, we were missing some roof parts. I tried calling their support line several times only to be told that they are experiencing high call volumes and to use their email. After three emails, still no response..

I am absolutely in love with this pergola! It’s exactly what we wanted and it’s very well made. A few weeks after putting it up we got a nasty wind storm and it didn’t budge. The curtains coming with it were a plus!

Thought this was a good deal for the price ..but I was so wrong.. the gazebo arrived on time.. but we soon realized upon opening the boxes that the instruction booklet states that this gazebo isn't rated for wind.. so I contacted Amazon for a return/refund.. but they suggested I keep it and offered me $100 credit.. which sounded great! We used that credit to purchase hurri straps, heavy duty eye hooks and strong bolts to secure it to our deck in case of winds.. then we started assembling the gazebo.. no written instructions.. only pictures.. fine.. no problem.. we figured it out.. it was very hot when we assembled this.. so it took us 3 days .. getting to the end.. there's a large bag of part #(Y) which are plastic spacer blocks that the roof screws into to secure the roof panels down.. well count and make sure all 80 are there cause we were missing a bunch and after contacting the company they told us they couldn't find my order with the Amazon order number and told me to contact Amazon.. I did .. and that was an hour+ in a chat being transferred over 7 times.. and they told me they couldn't send the missing parts and the only option was to dismantle the gazebo, send it back and get a refund.. just ridiculous.. so there was nothing they could do to solve the issue so I'm writing this review to spare anyone else the headache this has been. Spend the extra money and buy a good quality gazebo from a company willing to help if you run into problems like I did. I give this company 0 stars.. 👎
