I bought this clock for a projection clock in the bedroom with the outside temperature and inside temperature. The projection works great. Unfortunately, I discovered that the clock was set to alarm at 6AM and Noon by default, with the alarm on/off switches on the back of the clock.     • Accurate info but too much blinking
The four quadrants on screen work fine, time and temps are accurate. Projected time on ceiling is my favorite feature. However, the screen itself is distracting due to constant blinking! Top right quadrant for weather is constantly blinking every second. The lower left quadrant for outdoor sensor changes channels every 5 seconds or so. There are 3 channels for 3 sensors but if only one sensor is used (package has 1)- I can’t figure out how to turn off the other 2 channels. There is no need to show me channel 2 or 3. Again, unnecessary blinking to change info is distracting. ... show more

We have had a ceiling display of inside and outside temperatures for years. Unfortunately, that display quit. I purchased this unit as a replacement. I have carefully checked the temperatures of both inside and outside with what this unit displays and found them to be accurate. I don't use the alarm, so I cannot comment on that.
