Great chair. Easy to assemble and actually feels of quality, unlike some other "gaming" chairs here in the same price range. The cold cured foam is a bit stiff and dense, but it will conform to me butt print in no time. It has great, although non adjustable lumbar support. The entire base is metal, not nylon like others. The seat base has metal tubes, so no plywood here. It has stretchy elastic straps too to help support the cushion. What impressed me is that the underside of the seat does not have flimsy material just stapled there, it has a faux leather panel that opens up with and secured with velcro. I thought it rocked at the seat pivot along with the recline. It does not, just the recline, but no biggie. You can set the recline angle and lock it, or you can leave it free and "rock" your back, or tighten the tension and just lean back to recline temporarily. A very nice feature. The head rest is also a big plus when reclining. Recline, pull the adjustable arm rests in to support me holding my controller, and I can game for hours on this. There's just so many little touches that make this feel like a quality chair. Highly recommended.

This chair is extremely comfortable and a great value at the $119 price. The chair is very sturdy which is super nice. The only issue I had with the assembly was that attaching the arms was a little tricky because the bolts to attach the arms to the seat are a bit too short to reach a few of the holes without putting some extra effort into pushing them into the holes. Other than that, the assembly went very smoothly and the instructions were easy to follow.

Overall the chair itself isn't too bad. It is comfortable and appears to be decent quality for the price point. In fact my only real gripe is the gas cylinder. After assembly everything about the chair worked and was fantastic - except the gas cylinder. After sitting in it for only a few minutes you gradually sink to the lowest position. I understand that its more than likely a one off defect, but having to replace a part of a brand new product is less than ideal. I did attempt to go through Amazon's automated customer service and it offered to send out a new chair, but it seems crazy to go through the hassle of them sending a new chair when all I need is the cylinder.

Honest opinion of this chair, 10/10. Upon opening the shipping package, everything was neatly organized and packaged really nicely. Directions were also easy to find. After getting the parts all out of the box, it took me about 45 minutes to put together. Out of the 5 chairs that I've had from different brands, this one was the easiest to put together. As far as the casters go, they could be better BUT could be worse. They do seem durable and move quite easy BUT they are made out hard plastic so keep that in mind. The foot rest is comfortable and doestnt stick out to far. I personally can still use it to prop my feet up under my desk while gaming or working lol. Now moving on to comfort and support. This chair is almost flawless when it comes to comfort and support. The cushioning is incredible and supports you all around. It does give off a nice squeeze around the back kind of like a racing seat for a sports car would. The moveable headrest and backrest are very soft and is easily adjustable. The material is outstanding

It's easy enough to assemble, firm yet comfortable, and looks really nice. And to its credit, the parts seem solidly built, except for the headrest, which is noticeably lower quality than the rest of the chair (it doesn't support my head in any configuration). But I misinterpreted "Designed in German" to mean "Made in Germany," which it isn't; it is made in China. The instruction manual even lists a different brand name than the product listing. To be fair, I still got the product shown in the pictures, and the listing does list China as the country of origin. I was just expecting a German product based on the color options and "Designed in German."

Defective and broken. Not rated for up to 400lbs!!! Bad choice. I was seduced by the deceptive description, good reviews, and decent price. This chair sucks. what should've taken 15 minutes to install took over an hour due to poor instructions, short screws, and broken parts. My stupid chair won't adjust up or down and the manual states it's rated up to 300 pounds. This chair will probably break down in 2 months lol smh. The only positive is that it's somewhat comfortable to sit in and looks kinda futuristic. Don't buy.

I had hoped the cushions would start to break in at some point....but no. Hard as a rock, my back hurts almost immediately upon sitting in this chair. No clue who they designed these arm rests for either, as they are waaay to far apart to use both at the same time with any measure of comfort. Basically I sit on half the chair at a time. I got this on super sale, and wish I hadn't.
