First off, before installing these, make sure where you are installing them gets a very good amount of light. Where I have these, I made sure that they get more than enough sun. Where I originally was going to install these, the shadow from my garage actually blocked a lot of sun so they were not that bright when I first put them in. However, after moving them further and in a better position, they still light up my walkway but are super bright. The other thing I had to do was give the ground a little extra water because the ground was a little hard but one I added some water, it made these lights a lot easier to push in the ground. What's nice about these lights is that they will automatically turn off when lights hits them but automatically turn on when it starts getting dark. I love that I didn't have to run any power to these too. They perfectly light up our walkway that we no longer trip over anything and either do family members and friends who come by. They are fully weather proof and even hail proof. If we had a deck in our backyard, I would have put them out there because you have the option of either installing the stakes underneath or leave them off and have them lay flat. ... show more

During pandemic my mom spent so much time in the garden, so getting her some light for going to the yard give it a twist and some safety! The solar lights set was so easy to install and easy to use, just turn the on button, place it anywhere with direct sun, you will get lights at dim. These solar lights are so easy to use and install. Took just minutes to go from the box and into the ground. They came with enough charge that we knew right off that all were working. I was so amazed at the quality and brightness of this product! It didn’t take long for them to absorb the sunlight and when night hit I was STUNNED at how brilliant these lights were :) they come with little stakes to secure them in the ground. I like the look and the fact it is easy to install. Seems some are at times brighter than others and may require you to tap it for it to fully go on. Each light fluctuates in brightness at times but I still think they do the job overall. They go on at night time when the sun is down. In terms of replacement, I think it's best to buy a new set instead of buying a new battery which I find difficult to find as the battery must be small. ... show more
