Wonderful & Smart Buy
Color: Natural
This table is amazing. I am a 72 year old Widow with a hip problem. I ASSEMBLED the table and chair myself, ALL by myself. Was it difficult? Not really. It took me 4 hours from start to finish. I think that is a great record! I assembled the chairs first. That was a little tricky until I figured out how to hold everything up with my easy chair and pillows. I "thought" I was short 2 crucial bolts and lock things. But I didn't worry about it at the time cause I needed to assemble the table. Low and behold the hardware was there, just loose in the box! Thank goodness. The table was easy to assemble, maybe that's why instructions sorta suggested the table first. Anyway, one of the hardest things to figure out was the removal of black straps that were securely stabled to the underneath part of the table. Once I figured it out, it's easy. Get a pair of vice grips if you have them, otherwise a pair of pliers will do nicely, that's what I used. Vice grips might have made it easier. Anyway, grip both straps with the pliers and start twisting around and around. Eventually the staple will come out. One staple broke but I was able to gently tap the end into the underneath of the table. The table is very secure, doesn't shake. The chairs are also stable, however the chairs are a little short, even for me. I hope to find the things you put on the bottom of chairs to make them scoot easier, thus raising the chair at least 1/2". All in all, for the price, I love this table! So far NO Complaints on the quality. The packing was fantastic, well padded. Not marks, scratches, no dents, only nice looking wood. Oh, I figured out why the chairs appear to be short. You can have the leaf down and eat without the leaf being in your way. I love it! By the way, the chair seat is approx 18" from the floor to the top of the seat.

Good quality and sturdy
Color: Natural
I bought this for my mother, who was moving into assisting living. With the drop-down sides, I was able to put it flat against the wall and it fit perfectly in her new apartment. The set is made well and of very good quality. I highly recommend it!

Nice
Color: Natural
This is a nice little 2 chair dinette set perfect for a breakfast nook, small apartment, or if you are like me and tend to move a lot, for easy moves. It's a "leaf" table on two sides enabling the table to be shortened in diameter making it easier to fit thru doorways, but the diameter is already only 36 inches. The set is not as brightly colored in an overly white-beige tone as it appears in the photo, but rather a more wood tone, which worked better for me and was a better match for my wood floors. It is tightly packed in a slim box, the thin sheet of styrofoam protecting it will break into many little pieces making a mess on your floor. It has to be fully assembled, the legs are easy to place on the top, a little wrench is included to tighten it. For the chairs, the first takes about 20 minutes, the second, after learning the first, takes only about 15 minutes and an alan wrench is included to tighten the chairs. The only tool needed is a phillip's screwdriver to fasten the seat top onto the chairs which is quite easy. Overall, a nice solid wood table, heavy in quality, and though the chairs don't seem to be as heavy in quality as the table top, they turned out to be sturdy. A very nice set, I'm glad I decided on this one.

Has lasted very nicely.
Color: Natural
Bought this 11 years ago with the 2 chairs for my small senior apartment kitchen. Fits nicely. I am 5'6" and weigh 185 lbs. (just under "morbidly obese). You can say what you'd like about the chairs not being ideally comfortable, but I've been perfectly satisfied with them. Both the table and 2 chairs have have lasted me for 11 years with nothing breaking down, staining, or coming loose. Still seems just as nice as when I bought it. Eleven years ago, I paid $131.96 for it. It now looks like you'll pay more like $207. But I'd say probably worth it for the real light oak, attractiveness, and last-ability.

Functional little table for small spaces
Color: Natural
This table and chairs are great! I had read previous reviews before purchasing, and a big thing I saw was that it took hours and hour to put together. Not the case for me at all! It took about an hour total and was painless and very easy to follow the directions. The leaves of the table are already assembled, so you're just putting the legs on the table and assembling the chairs! This table works perfectly for my small apartment. The way I have it set up in the corner disallows both chairs to be fully pushed in under the table, but that is not something that bothers me, but something to note if you are particular about that kind of thing. Very nice quality wood! The black straps stapled on the table securing it in the box were really hard to pry off, but honestly, I just cut them short with scissors and left them on the underside of the table because I am never going to be looking under there. Great little table that I highly recommend! I love mine!

Amazing set just not super sturdy
Color: Natural
This small dining set is exactly what I needed considering how incredibly small my “kitchen” area is. Was very easy to assemble and goes well with my other pieces. The chairs are much smaller than they appear to be, I have to say. They’re incredibly low to the ground, almost like chairs in a kids play set. They’re also not very sturdy, about a week in, a tall friend of mine that maybe weighs 180 pounds did crack one of them. I was able to fix it but it was little embarrassing not being able to have my larger friends set on them. So please be mindful of that. Otherwise, it’s a great set for the cost considering what other sets are going for.
