My recliner is beautifully made. The fabric is soft and looks expensive! The massager is absolutely wonderful! It works on my lumbar, shoulders, thighs and legs! It lifts me up and back down. I am so pleased with this product! Well worth the money and set up was easy!

Perfect chair! Super comfortable. Love the massager and heating. Definitely going to fall asleep while laying in this. Easy to install, just slide it in. Comes in two big boxes! So you might get them on different days. One box will be Heavy!

    • The Comfy Chair
Easy to assemble, took about 15 minutes at most. Good instructions, and it is a comfy chair for certain. The only thing I'd change on the design part is that the up/down buttons are (to me anyway), counter intuitive: The front button brings the chair down, the back button up brings it up. I'd have reversed that. Interesting that there's a section of the manual that shows you how to remove and replace the usb/button panel. Can't imagine that will be necessary, but I appreciate that they thought to include that. The module connects to the motor via a 5 pin Midi connector, so I think there some future DYI fun that could be had with a microcontroler. Nice that the heat/massage unit has it's own power supply and a controller that I could remove if I wanted. We're not big fans of those features, but you wont find many lift chairs that don't include them these days. I do appreciate that the up/down buttons are embedded in the chair vs needing a remote for that function. No more losing the remote under the chair or cushion. I did reach out to the seller to address a mistake I made in ordering (all on me), and the seller was quick to reply and correct the info I had received from Amazon's CS. Great for the price. Very sturdy and sized well for larger folks. I purchased the dark gray and it was as described. My mom loves the heating element and forward lift, as she has bad knees and it helps her get up. Overall great buy and would purchase it again.

Very comfortable, but the heating function lasted all of 1 day. I didn't care about that. What I did care about was the peculiar smell of scorched machinery that permeates the chair. I've cleaned it with upholstery machine , didn't help much. Then used a whole bottle of unscented febreeze to saturated it. That helped more, but I may need 1 or 2 more bottles. ... show more
