Chair was very nice and was easy to follow instructions (Mostly) and is very well made Pros/Cons Pros: 1. Packaged very well and sturdy. Leather parts all contained in a padded case. All the accessories were labeled. 2. Instructions were easy to follow except for the last section. Web site that listed the chair also included a video with step by step instructions that clarified problem area. Instructions video was a tremendous help 3. Reviews about the firmness of the chair were correct. However being 70 and having a bad back I WANTED a firm seat and bed. So this being the case this review was very helpful to me. 4. Chair is roomy, and the leather is nicely done. Highly recommend CONS: 1. Chair arrived in two boxes. It would have been nice to have both tracking numbers so that it was possible to ensure someone was available to retrieve them. Although this is a CON written for this chair it actually is for ALL items by ALL sellers where shipment is in more than one container 2 Communication with the seller. Once again pertains to a lot of sellers including Amazon. If you are going through the trouble of having a "Chat Line" for solving issues then have somebody manning it. If I am having a problem the last thing that I want is to spend 15 minutes answering computer generated questions only to be told somebody with contact me within 24-48 hours. In my case I simply wanted to know the second tracking number. Waiting 48 hours to get a response from a different computer waisted my time. I received the second container but am still waiting for a response from the seller. To save every one's time, publish a FAQ page that incorporates all the little AI questions.

This chair was not difficult to assemble. When I took it out of the box , black sand or metal things went all over my floor. I had to vacuum right away. The fabric is nice but after four days of use it’s starting to pill. It is nice to sit in and it is roomy. I can sit side by side with my three year old grandson. Sadly, the thing I really needed the chair for, sleeping, is terrible. Fully extended, I can fit lengthwise at 5’8” but, my pillow falls off the top end so I can’t recline it flat to sleep in order for my pillow to stay on. It is so uncomfortable for sleeping that I had to put bed pillows on it the whole length and lay on top of them so it wouldn’t feel like I was sleeping on a cement floor. Disappointed! Instead of a cup holder and USB ports which make the chair look less like a living room chair and more like a basement room chair, I wish they put more effort into making it comfortable. I love the style, color, and the ease of pulling out the foot rest and pushing it back in when not needed.

MY REVIEW OF THE DURASPACE CHAIR SOFA. PS, I TYPE IN CAPS: SO NOT SHOUTING OK. THE CHAIR SOFA I PURCHASED AT AMAZON DID NOT ACTUALLY MATCH UP UNDERNEATH WITH THE VERSION I RECEIVED BECAUSE WHEN I WENT TO PUT THE CHAIR SOFA TOGETHER, THE VERSION I GOT DID NOT HAVE THE ZIPPERED UNDERCOVER BOTTOM PER THE VIDEO SHOWNED IN THE AMAZON DEMOSTRATION AS TO HOW TO PUT TOGETHER. ALSO, THERE WERE ISSUES WITH PUTTING TOGETHER THE BOTTOM USING THE SCREWS THAT CAME WITH IT FOR PART OF UNDER THE BOTTOM ASSEMBLY. AND TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE THE PAPER GUIDE TO ASSEMBLE WAS NOT LABELED THE SAME AS THE TWO LARGE ARM CHAIR PIECES. I HAD TO FINALLY SWITCH THE AL AND THE AR SIDES. THIS MADE MY ASSEMBLY MUCH HARDER THAN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DUE TO INCORRECT LABELING OF THE TWO MAIN ARM CHAIR PIECES THAT YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO PUT TOGETHER FIRST AND IT MADE ASSEMBLY TAKE MUCH LONGER AS I HAD TO FIRT FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG... ALSO, IT WAS VERY HARD TO GET THE LAST PART THAT COVERS THE FRONT(THE FRONT PANEL) TO ALIGN WITH THE SCREW HOLES. FINALLY, I HAD TO WAIT A COUPLE OF DAYS TO GET A NEW LEG AS ONE OF THE LEGS CAME BROKEN. I HAD TO SEND A PICTURE THEN THE SELLER SENT ME THE NEW LEG. ON THE POSITIVE SIDE, THE CHAIR SOFA IN GREEN IS BEAUTIFUL AND SITS FIRM. I LIKE IT VERY MUCH AND LOOK FORWARD TO MANY DAYS USING IT. THE SELLER WAS QUICK TO GET ME THE REPLACEMENT LEG ONCE I SENT THE PICTURE TO THEM. USING THE AMAZON VIDEO AND WATCHING MANY YOUTUBE VIDEOS TO FIND THE RIGHT ONES TO HELP ME, ALONG WITH OF COURSE USING THE PAPER GUIDE FOR THE PARTS I WAS FINALLY ABLE TO PUT IT TOGETHER. IF ALL GOES WELL, I WOULD SAY IT TAKES ABOUT 2 HOURS IF DOING IT BY YOURSELF LIKE I WAS AND WITH HEALTH ISSUES. I HAD TO REST SEVERAL TIMES WHEN IT CAME TO PUTTING TOGETHER THE TWO CHAIR SOFA ARMS WHICH I THINK IS THE HARDEST PART WITH THOSE SCREWS. The media could not be loaded. I ordered this chair for its versatility. That set up was easy and quick. I'm 5ft 1in and small in general. The boxes were realitivly easy to move. Once assembled it is pretty heavy so it shouldn't move to much while in use. I'm so happy with my purchase that I will be ordering another one in the future. Its a wonderful chair by itself, a great gaming seat with the foot stool pulled out. Great extra storage space under the foot stool. The back is adjustable. You can have it straight up, leaned a little or flat down. I use the cup holder all the time for those long movies or gaming sessions. The power USBs are great to you can charge your controllers or your devices while still using them from the comfort of the chair. The chair is pretty easy to clean. You can vacume up crumbs and use a damp wash cloth to clean it ( I spilled tomato soup on it and it came up very easily) I have fallen asleep in the chair more them a few times already. The only CON I have so far is if you lay sideways with the back rest up, and your hop is where the seat and foot rest meet there's a hard spot in the frames. (Very specific) Its the only minor complaint so far.
