Overall, I really like this chair, but there are a few things to be aware of. Pros: -Assembly was really easy and only took about 15-20 minutes -All of the adjustable parts are as adjustable as they appear in the product images/videos, which is a relief considering how individual our comfort is -The chair is very firm, solid, breathable, and doesn't seem like it'll take on wear and tear quickly/easily -It glides around with ease on my office carpet Cons: -While everything fits together great, some parts are not designed to be securely attached (wheels, gaslift, and seat are only connected by gravity) - if I were to lift this and really shake it or bang it against a doorframe, I'm not convinced that the bottom half would stay entirely intact -This chair is objectively heavy - I've never had an office chair that weighs this much - it helps that it feels sturdy and can support a significant amount of weight, but I think a smaller person might find it cumbersome to put together or lift it when it's done -I'm not sure I'd feel comfortable leaning very far back in this chair - while it's solid, it feels like it could topple -I'm not sure anyone taller than me would be happy with the height, depending on how they sit - I typically have my feet flat on the floor and I am right where I should be when the chair is at it's full height - for reference, I am 6'0" If I think of anything else or if my opinion changes on anything, I'll update this review.

I had to have a replacement sent because the first delivery of the chair was missing the wheels, screws, and gas lift. To be clear, this review is solely based on the chair itself and not the awful experience I had with the delivery/return. This ergonomic chair feels very similar to the higher quality ergonomic chairs that can be found in a corporate office. Keep in mind that the seat cushion is thick and will take some time to break in. My only complaint is the shape of the arm rests. I do not like the dip they have. I also wish I could move them around more. Other than that, the chair is very comfortable and offers great lower back support. Overall score: 8.5/10

So far, I like it, for the price. It seems to be a great value for the price. The seat is firm, with just a little give. At 270 lbs., that's what I need... The recline mode can be set at any arbitrary position, not just on vs off. The recline force is adjustable to my liking: I adjust it to be very firm to stand up to my weight. This gives me excellent upright support while working at my computer (I'm a programmer, so I spend long hours sitting and typing), but I can recline by simply shifting my weight, without needing to unlock the recline lever. The headrest is comfortable. It's great for reclining and relaxing for a few minutes. My only trouble is that I take eyedrops. The headrest prevents me from tilting my head back far enough to instill my eyedrops. I work around this problem by temporarily adjusting my body so that my head is to the side of the headrest, thus allowing me to tilt my head back sufficiently. Eventually this should become a habit for be and will I won't even have to think about it. The most important thing is that with my old chair, I was experiencing pain in my left buttock. This new chair has helped *significantly* to relieve that pain. Thank goodness!

Just got the chair last week, so I've only been using it for about 4 days, but so far it's met all it's claims. Assembly was super easy. The chair is comfortable and supportive and my lower back and seat area don't ache as much at the end of the day. Well worth the $$.

Update 9.10.23 I was pleasantly surprised that the seller offered to replace the broken part and shipped it immediately. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. I liked the chair except for the arms, they are set back too far for an old lady like me to grab onto, and pull up to my body from standing position. I like the roller blade feature too. However, what I thought was solid metal frame legs they aren't. I have used 16 mos. and as you can see from the picture the leg broke off like a twig. examining the metal it sort of looks like an inferior composite alloy, not the metal of the 50-60's that I thought it was because that's what I was accustomed to. I didn't think I'd need insurance because of that, so I wished I purchased. I purchased another chair on Amazon this morning and also got the insurance. nothing lasts forever and I'm still paying Affirm loan for this chair. I'm "bummed", to say the least.

I have went through maybe 5-7 chairs buying off amazon and returning or going to stores to find the right chair. it can be taxing trying to find the right one. i will start by saying, install was easy. The chair it self is insanely comfy. other chairs i find myself after a few hours having to move due to my ahhh being un comfy but this one im fine. my posture in the chair feels natural and not forced which is what some chairs cant do. adjustable lumbar support is great. id rec getting armrest covers. the height i wish was a tiny bit more because all the way down my legs are maybe parallel from each other and i want it slightly lower. im 5'10". I cannot express how relieved i am to have finally found a chair that i can game/work in for hours and not feel like my back hurts or im not comfy. ill rec this to anyone looking for a chair that needs one. spend the money for the purchase.
