The instructions were easy to follow. We have only used the chairs for one day, but they seem durable. The dimensions and look were as described in the description. The only con is the thickness of the cushions, but they will work for now.

I would like to start off by saying the end product turned out great, however, it was difficult to get there. There were no paper instructions included and even though in the description they say they provide a video of assembly, there was no video to be found. I contacted customer support which provided zero help and ended up building the entire set by looking at the stock photo. It was easy to assemble once I finally found which piece goes where. If you’re looking for something that’s quick and easy, this isn’t it. Be prepared to assemble on your own with no help.

Like most furniture on Amazon, there is some assembly required, but this comes with tools in the hardware pack. There were one or two extra fasteners of each type in case you had any that were damaged or you lost one. I think it took less than an hour to assemble all four pieces but I used a drill and my own tools. It may take two hours with the tools provided. Top tip: install all the hardware loosely at first, then go back and tighten everything. I purchased this set to fill a bare spot in my front foyer and they look great! They feel sturdy and are a good size and are comfortable. The only complaint is very minor, the pillows were folded and still retain the creases. I recommend washing them or removing them and using a steamer.
