I received the Charlie’s about 2 weeks ago and the box was so badly damaged. I was certain something was missing when I started to remove the contents I realized that I was missing a leg. I contacted the seller and let them know what happened. They were great at communicating. I wasn’t sure if I was missing a rear leg or a front leg so they just sent to both. It took about a week to arrive. Once it did I finally put the 2 chairs together and it looks even better than pictured.

These are great barstools, I did not have the same assembly issues others mentioned in the reviews, except the legs are two different sizes and had to switch legs around a couple of times. The overall look of these stools is great, a little more of a slim profile where I could fit 3 across instead of a wider stool where I could only fit 2. I will say that these are not the best stools for daily/extended use (I have been working from my kitchen island for the past 8 months) but would be great for the occasional meal or breakfast. The stools were very comfortable at first but now the cushion has gone flat so I feel like I am sitting on a hard surface. The fabric is holding up very well and spills are very easy to remove.

The media could not be loaded. The only thing I’m mad about is that one of the screws it Came with was messed up I couldn’t screw it looks like it was ruined in the factory Iv contacted seller just waiting to see what they say I wish they had just given one extra screw of each kind 😒 they look dirty rose or a rosy blush pink still very pretty though

These were pretty easy to assemble but ended up being very wobbly, they were also not the correct height for my kitchen counter so ended up returning but they are very comfy and cute!

I absolutely love these chairs and am so happy with the product. I shopped around for barstools quite a bit and these were a good find. They are sturdy, though every once in a while I tighten the bolts because they get a little shaky. They were SUPER easy to put together and are very comfortable. I get tons of compliments on them. I was very happy with the quality and color (as pictured). Would recommend!

This was easy to put together but some screws did seem to need to go into certain holes which was odd since they all were seemingly the same. They’re quite comfortable, soft and the color was exactly as described and pictured. They’re probably only going to last a handful of years if we use them frequently like we are. I am a bit concerned about the sturdiness of the foot rests. Overall it’s a great purchase though!
