Came from the east side all the way to the west side of America and it made it in 1 package was damaged but rod wasn't broken caught a 6 pounder hook set is strong 100% reccomend other peoples 1 star review can happen to you so be careful if you live on the east coast then don't worry about it being damaged but good rod put a mach 2 reel on it and its awesome looking ... show more

It is a nice rod for the money, but it seems awful stiff for "Medium-Heavy" rod. I will have to see when I get a nice cat on it. I just hope it will be forgiving. If so, I will upgrade my opinion.

Had to return as it arrived broken about 1’ from the tip. Box it was shipped in was pretty flimsy and had been bent in several places in transit and “rattled” inside before opening so knew it was damaged. Would order again if it were shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube for better protection but don’t trust trying again so will find one in a store. ... show more
