I've used the rod for a couple months now and haven't found any issues besides the handle getting dirty easily being white but that should be expected. I would prefer the hook keeper to be above the reel but I knew it wasn't when I purchased it so can't fault anyone there but myself. I liked this rod and price so much I just purchased a second 13 rod in a different model to try it out next. ... show more

Haven’t bought a bad 13 fishing rod yet. Action is spot on. I know it doesn’t matter but it’s also beautiful. Only issue I have is how they ship. All the 13 Fishing rods I’ve bought have all come “floating” in a square box. The box was crushed when it got to me. Luckily no damage to the rod. Awesome rod, well worth the money. The shipping of the rod it horrible!!!! Need to ship rods in tubes not just thrown in a box with no added protection!!!! First rod showed up snapped in half, replacement made it, I don't know how the box was bent in half but it did.
