I'm 5'10" 240lbs and this bike is awesome! If you can afford it get the 2 motor bike, it make a big difference going up big hills. Biggest (excellent) surprise is the bike recharges the battery when coasting or going down hill, so after my 9 mile hill bike ride today my bike was almost fully charged. Still get the extra batters for $99 if you can get it as good deal. Most people like the seat, I like a more traditional seat, so I replaced it. It handles well, charges overnight (worst case), super fun to ride and it goes up most very steep hills on it own if you need it to, but even if I'm tired I put is on PAS5 and peddle a bit. Support is very nice and it is packed quite well, no problem shipping to NH from CA.

It’s a pretty good bike for the price. Pros: Feels great to ride. The torque sensor works well and is responsive. Easy to assemble The matte finish looks high end Suspension is feels nice Cons: The ui of the device is terrible. Very heavy Got stuck on instructions for attaching the front wheel. Manual can be better. Other: I chipped the paint during assembly :( A bunch of cheap accessories come with it I can to add a foam padding between the back rack and fender to prevent fender vibration.

So far I’ve been pretty impressed with the bike’s performance. Many spoke of the smooth ride it offers which is spot on. My friend owns a quiet kat and after riding his, I’m happy I went with the Puckipuppy. The quality control on the parts and tools it came with were subpar. There were several bolts that were supposed to be the same size but were not so installation was a pain. I only have 3 miles on it so far so in depth review not yet available. Pros: smooth ride, value, appearance Cons: noisy fender, quality control

Package arrived intact. Carrier tracking was of no help. The bike appears to be built like a tank. The weld quality looks superior as does the finish! Motors are very powerful. Even in range 1 assist, it requires very little pedal effort. Company contacted me the day of delivery. As I an 5'8" tall, I found bike too tall. I replaced the seat with a nose-less seat which gave me access to lowest point on crossbar giving me the ability to straddle the bike flat footed. Puckipuppy sent me a gift for my trouble. This ebike company so far has provided excellent customer service well beyond what I expected!
