I’ve had the system now for several months and I am totally satisfied both with the system and the customer service. The instruction on how to operate it are a little vague but if you just jump in and explore for yourself it’s not that hard. The set up was pretty easy and the apps work very well. I had an issue with one camera that was sticking between night and day so during the day it had a slight tint and after contacting they’re customer service and doing what they told me to do which didn’t help I had a new camera in 3 days. Night vision is great with clear videos and great view. I previously had another system that was way more complicated to use and although it lasted years I’m more satisfied with one and its operation. It asks constantly about cloud but it’s not as annoying as some reviews I read. I would recommend this for anyone who’s looking for a system that you don’t have to pay a subscription on. ... show more

Very easy to set up, picture is very clear. The playback function is easy to use, and although i've only had it for a short period of time, it seems to record all the motion I need. I've connected to my phone as well as a TV. Monitor and both work seamlessly. Excellent purchase for the price!

The cameras are good quality. It has a pretty wide-angle, so you can see a lot. The thing that sucks is the app you have to use for them. I have my notification on so that it tells me when there's movement on any camera, but it doesn't notify me. I have to constantly go on the app and turn off and then back on the notifications so they can work. When I do that, they start working again for a few hours, and then they stop. I tried asking for help on the app but they never responded to me. I was also told that when you're viewing them on a monitor/TV, you can have them switch between each camera on their own, but that's not true. It has to be set to on camera on your monitor/TV, and if you want to see a different one, you have to do it manually. ... show more

I’ve been really happy with my OOSSXX Wireless Security Camera System overall! One of the biggest selling points for me was the ability to record, download, and playback footage without having to pay for a monthly subscription—huge win! The built-in 60-day storage gives me peace of mind, and setup was surprisingly easy. The 2K picture quality is crystal clear—day or night. It picks up even small details and does a solid job with motion detection, especially the AI human detection, which helps cut down on false alerts from cars or pets. However, I did notice that only one of the cameras picks up audio, and there’s no two-way communication feature, which is a bit disappointing. I would’ve loved the ability to speak through the system, especially for front door interactions or deliveries. Even with that minor limitation, this system is still a great value. Purchased this camera system a few years back. The cameras it's self are a good quality camera, however the box unit wasn't as good of quality. About a year or so after purchasing this product, the unit box broke and I haven't been able to get a replacement box. It's extremely difficult to get a hold of the company and try to get a replacement box. The signal was great and the quality of lens was clear and easily to see.
