This stool is a high quality product. It seems to be made of hardwood and it has an ingenious assembly method. Assembly is easy, the parts are marked clearly, and it can be completed in less than 30 minutes. The finish on the wood is attractive and the seat cushion is comfortable. The finish looks somewhat like cherry stain on birch. The cushion is firmly stuffed, comfortable, and spins easily and without noise. There are discrete metal strips mounted on top of the lower ring so that shoes don't scuff the finish. This is a substantial stool. No risk of falling over, it's very stable. I'm very impressed. One minor point, there were two washers missing from my package but I easily replaced them from my workshop. This is heads above any other product I've seen selling at anywhere near this price. It's so beautiful. I'd encourage the maker to offer the option of the same product in a dark finish.

Tried to add a photo of the wood splitting on one stool. A little disappointed. I was also missing a washer to one of them. I'm keeping the 2 I bought. They do fit counter height perfectly. I think they will last a good long time though. Overall from what I've seen in stores these are no question the sturdiest I've found. Aside from the 2 minor issues I will say you can't go wrong if your looking for a great stool.

We absolutely love these 24" Cherry/Charcoal barstools! They were reasonably priced, arrived the next day, came well packaged, included all hardware, and had easy to follow instructions. I assembled 4 of them in about 90 minutes (the longest amount of time was spent putting the washers on the bolts). The cherry wood finish and the charcoal fabric seat are beautiful! The stools are well designed and sturdy. The assembled stools swivel quietly and are extremely comfortable. Each of the 4 segments of the lower ring has a metal footrest to protect the cherry finish. We could not possibly be happier with these barstools! Note: the only negative aspect of these stools is they do not have any leveling mechanism. Each leg has a non-moveable plastic button on it to help protect the floor underneath. Fortunately for us, our floor is level so we do not have any issues. If your floor is uneven, though, you could have some wobbling.

Had these for a couple weeks now, very happy with them. As others have said they came well packed,great instructions, easy to assemble. There is a video online which was very helpful so watch it. With the video we found we could easily have the footrest turned either way, I preferred to have the metal strip on bottom, I sit with bare feet alot and didn't want my feet or toes getting irritated by metal, (plus it makes them look more industrial if metal strip to top)so we flipped em still all fit. Well made with 2 screws to each connection point, swivel great, there is no tipping of top even if you sit on edge. They are larger than previous ones we had ,so measure which we did so only needed 3, which was nice that we could order individual instead of in pairs. Wished they would have had a dark leather seat with the natural base( natural only came with ichy lite brown or white), but since not available we went with the charcoal fabric which is very nice just worry bout spills on it.

I really like these. I thought I was buying a 2-pack for this price, but that's my fault. I was looking at several different listings including some 2 packs. I decide to go ahead and buy them a few days after I'd been looking, and just clicked buy on this without double-checking that it was the 2 pack I had been looking at, because this is the one I had been thinking of the entire time. I do really like them (I bought a total of 3). They use 2 bolts where others use 1, they have metal plates on the top of the footrest ring. The seat looks good and is comfortable.
