Well packed. All parts well marked. Took about 45 minutes to assemble. Don’t tighten leg bolts until every bolt is in place. Looks nice but am not sure if the fabric will hold up to long term use.

Had these for a couple weeks now, very happy with them. As others have said they came well packed,great instructions, easy to assemble. There is a video online which was very helpful so watch it. With the video we found we could easily have the footrest turned either way, I preferred to have the metal strip on bottom, I sit with bare feet alot and didn't want my feet or toes getting irritated by metal, (plus it makes them look more industrial if metal strip to top)so we flipped em still all fit. Well made with 2 screws to each connection point, swivel great, there is no tipping of top even if you sit on edge. They are larger than previous ones we had ,so measure which we did so only needed 3, which was nice that we could order individual instead of in pairs. Wished they would have had a dark leather seat with the natural base( natural only came with ichy lite brown or white), but since not available we went with the charcoal fabric which is very nice just worry bout spills on it. ... show more

This bar stool is great. It is attractive, solid construction/sturdy and fits our breakfast counter perfectly. It is 30 inches high. Very easy to assemble. Arrived early and well packaged. There were several options to choose from. I bought 3 stools in cherry with the bone color seat. Very pleased.

    • Fixed the "rocking"

I previously wrote that I had just received my stool, had assembled it but that it "rocked". I received a few replies with suggestions but the issue didn't seem to be resolved by any of the answers so I simply removed the foot pads and sanded down the two legs that were causing the problem. I'm sure I could have returned it but just didn't want to go through all the hassle of disassembling and repacking so this "fix" seems to have solved the problem. Anyway I ordered 3 more but am hoping I won't have the same problem with the new ones. Thanks to all who replied and for your good advice. ... show more

This is a beautiful piece of furniture! It arrived soooo fast! Packaging was beyond perfect--everything is secure in the box but still easy to remove from the box. Every piece is labeled and matches the diagrams in the assembly instructions--and the drawings are perfect. This is a top notch product and I would highly recommend it--so much so that I'm going to follow the company to see if there's anything else I'd like. So, about my subject line "One Caution," I don't know how I messed up, but I thought I measured the height of the stool to see if it would work for my craft table. As it turned out, the stool too high for that table. HOWEVER...I'm not giving this stool up--everything about it is too wonderful (and it swivels so smoothly). Instead, I'll take it to a local furniture maker and ask him to shorten the legs. AND...if anyone needs a stool but this one seems too tall, I'd still recommend it as well as my solution of simply getting the legs professionally cut to the height they need. Almost forgot, the seat's padding is really nice, the material fits the top perfectly, no loose fabric, no fabric tucks. It's truly a beautiful stool. ... show more
