This company is a SCAM!! We ordered this bike end of May for a family trip. Arrival date June 9-13th. Bike arrived June 9th. My husband assembled the bike (not to difficult to assemble) when time to test drive it he made it about a quarter mile and he heard the motor die. At that point had absolutely nothing. He peddled home. Contacted DTTZH customer service (even found a phone number and ended up getting some lady in another country that said she can’t help we have to email) because of the time difference we had to wait 12hrs for them to respond (4am our time) we had to go back and forth a couple days sending videos of what was going on. They tell us it’s the throttle and they have to send us a new one and it will “fix the problem” well our family trip is now here and we ended up buying another bike that came and worked perfectly for our trip thank goodness! We get home from our trip June 16th and the throttle is there. My husband installs it, again not to bad to install STILL the bike does not work. We contact customer service. Have to send videos again, now they say it’s the whole motor/brain of the bike and they are sending that. We wait 8 more days! Part comes… in order to install it YOU HAVE TO RE-WIRE THE WHOLE BIKE!! So my husband does that, bike is working THANK GOD! I reach back out to DTTZH about getting my credit they promised me earlier because I had made a review about how terrible their customer service/experience is after what had all went down. Not I have to provide screenshots that I remove my previous negative review before they will issue it. SCAM SCAM SCAM ... show more

It's a very good product for the price, it's sturdy and built well,my grandson loves it but he hasn't been able to get the speed controller adjusted as yet,he reached out to the company so waiting for a response I'm satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend it.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE BUYING!! The absolute biggest piece of junk, and even worse customer service. Error codes on it right out of the box. 5 days of telling customer service no I don’t want to take a partial refund for them to send me a part to try and fix the bike for them. Then I finally send the bike back and they short me on the refund by over $100 because they say they couldn’t find any issues with the bike.
