    • I’m a fan but… A3 is what I wanted.

Product was almost perfect for me. I received it and the printer feeder belt was off so I had to call for help to put it back on. Everything worked great, it took a moment to get used to things but I have nothing but good things to say. The only issue I had was it can only print 8in wide designs, which limited my capability. I returned it so I could invest in the larger format printer. If I’m going to spend any money it’s going to be on the A3. However it is good for the hobbyist not a too good for the small business person though. ... show more

The quality of the printer is good in the beginning but after a WHILE the printer doesnt print images the same as before. also seller sent my printer with damages but he claims that the damages to the printer will not affect printing, which i believe its false.

I never leave reviews ( maybe one or two), and I buy a lot of things from Amazon. But this product deserves it. Their customer services is AWSOME ( very very awesome). The quality of the printing once everything is set up correctly it’s AWSOME. It may be a little complicate to set up the system ( it was for me). But they help you with everything, they reply to you very fast. Besides that, they help you with the oven if you have any questions about the temperatures too. After reading the reviews and doing research on DTF printers in general, I expected a learning curve at the beginning. But other than loading the paper wrong side up, I’ve been able to print perfectly every time. The instructions were very detailed and easy to follow, the software is very easy to use. The bottles provided make ink fill mess free, noise level is minimal and printer speed is much faster than I expected. I love this printer. The only drawback I can find is that the software needs a usb “key” to operate. I decided to use a multi port usb attachment so that I can keep the key attached to the printer cord so I don’t lose it. ... show more

The printer arrives in a very well packaged crate. I was intimidated by the setup instructions. However, it comes with the manual and videos (youtube.) I installed the ink and setup the printer without any issues. I started to print but the white ink would not work. I contacted customer service and the service you receive is unbeatable! He was so nice and polite. It was actually just a mistake I made on the printer settings. If you are considering a DTF printer, you should choose this one. They stand behind their product!
