This is the first major purchase of this size I've done and we were not disappointed. Not only did the product get shipped and arrived actually on time. It was very well secured in it's box and suffered no damage to any parts. The service team so far has been amazing. Not only did they reach out to us BEFORE the machine was delivered, they were there through the entire phase of setting things up piece by piece all the way through to the test print. Even when we had to stop to leave for a few hours for personal reasons. The team waited until we go back home and continued right from where we left off. Jun Hao and Levi were very helpful with any question I or my husband had and still make themselves available for any further questions and technical assistance days after set up was done. I was concerned about the quality of the machine compared to others we researched, but so far, I am not disappointed. the laptop and program are very easy to use, and the print colors are great. This purchase might be the best thing to change my business around for the better. I would recommend this machine to anyone looking to get into the DTF business.

This was one of my best purchases I have ever made! It prints flawlessly with amazing results! Extremely easy to use. This was my first DTF printer, and anything I wasn't sure about was quickly answered within minutes from tech support via WhatsApp. They are all simply amazing! I can't say enough! I wish I had purchased the shaker and the oven attachment, but I will be reaching out to them about buying it separately as I do not see it listed to purchase separately. When I was reseaching different DTF companies and printers, I really did my homework and this printer and tech support has definitely exceeded all of my expectations!

Solid DTF Printer! Build quality is fantastic. Pretty straight forward setup. Laptop with drivers and software is a nice touch and makes functionality easy. Have made a few shirts so far with outstanding quality. Had, what I thought, was an issue with a setting in the software, long story short the issue was with my graphic being used. That's said, tech support Levi was online and able to assist. Even went to the software developer to make sure I didn't have something we lied going on. That's above and beyond and a level of service you don't often get these days.

The media could not be loaded. The quality of the prints is amazing. I wasn’t sure at first what I was getting myself into. I’m so glad I made the purchase. It is very heavy and set up took about 3 hours. The communication on WhatsApp with the reps was amazing. They have been there the whole way with any questions. Even weeks after purchased I had questions and right away they were there to send videos and walk me through it all. I highly recommend this printer to anyone wanting to start DTF printing.
