I had a couple problems with my printer in the later part of the year, but... let me point out due to my own fault, in one case, but the other was due to a faulty printhead.. I had to replace, look the Lancelot Tech Team are freaking awesome! Levi, has helped me a lot! He's been my go to tech support person! My machine runs everyday. It's a great printer and the company stands behind their product. The tech support is amazing. It is overseas and primarily through a phone app, but they are very responsive and helpful. If you are new to DTF printing I would suggest you set-up a call with them to get your machine up and running, as there are some nuances to the printer to get it running perfect. I had to tinker to get my colors just right, but it will do the whitest whites and blackest black with all the colors in between if you get your settings squared away. While there is no real manual to speak of, it does come with quite a few spare parts and such, like pumps, dampers, hoses, etc. If you put effort into it you can get great results. Overall you should be happy with this printer and it seems like it will last. It's built like a tank, very solid, so other than consumables that normally need to be replaced, i.e. print heads, belts, etc., this thing should last a long time. It does come with it's own ripping software, so no need for added expense, however, if you already have Digital Factory, it is possible to run it through it's controller service software (usually localhost port 9100). ... show more
