The media could not be loaded. I was a little hesitant at first because DTF printers can seem intimidating but this one has been surprisingly easy to work with. It arrived quickly, was well packaged and the setup process was smoother than I expected. The print quality has been excellent. Colors are vibrant, details are crisp and everything looks professional. The machine has been running reliably, even after sitting for a day or two, without clogs or extra hassle. Maintenance has been simple as well. I also want to give credit to the customer service team. They’ve been incredibly helpful with every question I’ve had. They respond quickly, explain things clearly and are very supportive. It made the whole learning process a lot less stressful. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase. This was the first DTF machine that we purchased and to say it was a bit overwhelming while I unboxed it would be an understatement.. However, the instructions are straightforward, everything is simple to install and not overly complicated. It is a fairly large machine, but not terrible. While it is running it is surprisingly quiet. I would recommend getting the bundle for a number of reasons: The oven is great and compact- does a great job. What saved us was the laptop. Not only is it perfect to have a "Separate Device" to use with this machine, it comes pre-loaded with walk through videos on helping with the installation. Even if you get hung up on a part from the installation manual, the videos are game changer and have extra videos to help with other features. The print quality is great and we already ordered 2 more packs of ink! Extra icing on the cake, it is reasonably priced to other DTF printers!

Absolutely blown away by the Lancelot m1630 pro and the team behind it! I've gotta say, I was impressed from the start. The printer arrived quickly and was packaged perfectly—you can tell it's a high-quality, solid machine right out of the box. And the print quality? Wow. The colors are incredibly vibrant, and the resolution is just tack-sharp. It's exactly what I was hoping for. But here's what truly made me a customer for life: the support. I ran into a small setup issue (my fault!) and reached out for help. Sissie was awesome and got me connected to tech support immediately. I'm not exaggerating—I had a response from Levi, the tech rep, in less than a minute. He was super nice, clearly knew his stuff, and had my problem solved in just a few minutes. That kind of fast, knowledgeable help gives you so much peace of mind. It makes the whole experience 100 times better. And I have to mention the "Holiday Mode." In my opinion, this is the highlight of the printer. I tested it by leaving it off for 2, 3, and even 4 days straight. It started back up and printed perfectly, no clogs, no fuss. This printer is the BEST! Easy setup with exceptional technical support. No problems at all. My design printed flawlessly. I have never written a review before. But, this machine was worth writing about. I have had such bad luck with other DTF printers. This one is perfect! Don't think twice about purchasing. You will not be disappointed. And I can't say enough good things about their tech support. I have had few occasions where my colors have not been correct. I literally messaged tech support on whatsapp and they responded quickly. They were able to remote access my computer with my permission and correct the issue. This machine and the support has definitely been worth every penny. If you are truely considering this machine, don't wait any longer. IT'S THE BEST!!!
