The root cause of printhead clogging is the accumulation of ink particles inside. If the printer is not used for a long time, keep it powered on. The printer has a holiday automatic cleaning mode to avoid clogging of the print head. What should I do if the print head is clogged? Do not disassemble it to clean it yourself. In particular, avoid flushing it with water, as this may cause it to burn. The correct approach is: 1. Click on the screen cleaning function; 2. Contact the after-sales technical support. Why does ink mixing occur during printing? This is due to not cleaning waste ink. During printing, all used ink turns into black waste ink.We use a syringe to extract this ink (do not release your hand during suction; you need to keep pulling continuously, otherwise the ink may flow back).
