I was excited to receive my new printer. But I arrived home to find magenta dye all over my porch from running out of the crate. Upon opening the crate it’s full of bright pink in everything! The printer itself stained, the items that were in baggies(most not sealed or had holes in them completely covered. My blue and yellow bottles had inside holes in them but the bottles only leaked into the zipper bags they were in. The roll of transfer film is totally unusable since it’s stained with pink throughout in areas. The pan had indents throughout. I’m not sure what caused all of this but I did the best I could to clean it all off. Stuff is still pink. So I had no magenta color to use, a terrible time even trying to get it all clean and put together. I can only hope the printer works better than I received it

We've had an excellent experience with this printer. Previously, we relied on purchasing transfers for shirts to operate our small business. However, with this printer, we're now able to print our own transfers. The print quality is exceptional, and it's incredibly user-friendly! We reached out to tech support for assistance once, and they were incredibly helpful and kind. The media could not be loaded. Feeder belt came off, and they wanted me to fix it. I ask for a replacement or fix the one I had. I didn't want the money back. They insisted on giving me my money back, and then they are trying to STEAL $1300 pluse dollars Talking about a restocking fee that was never agreed upon or mentioned. I have all the WhatsApp videos and messages saved.
