Like a lot of people, setup was a little confusing, but I worked with the tech team and they (Jack) handled everything wonderfully. It was quick and now I can use my printer! The designs come out beautiful and vibrant and I am excited to continue to learn and grow in the tshirt business!

I purchased this in 2023. When I got it the oven was DOA. Tech support had me take it apart and told me how to fix it. I got that working. But the print head that was included had a dented piece on the head. So it didnt work. I replaced that. Then 2 months later the white stirring part went out. When talking to customer support on whatsapp two techs were talking and one said "those always go out" Then they erased the comment. So I know this is a problem with this machine. They told me that I had to pay the shipping for the new ink system. I paid that day. July 2023. I have STILL not received the parts. I have contacted them multiple times of why the parts havent shipped. They say they are sorry something has happened and not shipped. They have offered me free DTF sheets and a new print head in December. Now here it is March. Still no parts that I paid for. No free DTF film and print head. NOTHING. They dont reply. I need the parts to fix this brick. So beware everyone. I think I have been patient enough after a YEAR of trying to get them to fix this junk! I will update this if they ever fix this. I am doubtful at this point. If they dont, I will report to Amazon. ... show more

Once you get the printer all setup it works amazing. Tech support was initially hard to get to respond but after I sent message from Amazon I was able to reach tech support without any issues. Tech support fixed all issues with my programs, because I had to purchase a different computer. I would recommend this printer over and over. Customer support will work with you until you are printing quality prints ... show more

    • Lots of initial headaches, but support got me thru the mess

When I first received this product, it was very confusing to get set up. It took me days to get it just right. I had to reach out to support to help me get the software downloaded correctly. From there is was a nightmare, I am not going to lie. Over the next few weeks, I had to contact support MULT times for help for SO many diff reasons. Too many to list. Some days it would work "decent" and other days, not at all. It was a MESS. Conversations thru the whatsapp was helpful and a nightmare all at the same time, because of the time difference they always responded back to me late at night, and it was taking up ALL of my night to get answers from them. This went on for weeks. They had to troubleshoot my product mult times, resulting in a LOT of wasted ink. They kindly sent me another box of ink to replace all that was lost. Ultimately, we agreed upon me keeping this product "as is" and I can reach out to support when I need it. Am I 100% satisfied with this order for what I paid? No. But I just keep messing with it, and adjusting things with it, and hope for the best when I try to print a project from it. I will also say, that anything you want printed with WHITE, never seems to be WHITE...its very faint and dull. I hate that, because it has ruined alot of projects because of that problem alone. Also, it prints MUCH MUCH Slower than I anticipated, and that is not great for business, when you need to print out a big order, and its taking approx 15 mins to print one image. That is a major downer in my opinion. Overall, I am thankful for support to help out when needed. I just wish they could help you immediately and during daytime hours, not at 10pm at night where I live. I am not sure I would trust buying this machine again, however, at least support and the company were always there to help when needed. I just hope and pray this machine will last a long time for what I paid for it, because for all the issues I have had with it, it makes me REALLY nervous, and I am so scared the lifespan on this printer will be short-lived. I PRAY thats not the case, because that would be terrible for my business, and would REALLY back me up, having to buy ANOTHER printer and start this headache all over again. So I PRAY this machine will live for a long time, or I am not sure what I will do. This was a SPENDY purchase for me, so I am hoping for the best! ... show more

The first time I got the software to work but printer would not read film…today rip software didn’t work and by reviews on here I knew time zone was different. Sent a message around 5pm my time knowing it would be around 10 when responded to..right way I was put in touch with Daisy and I let her have the Raines and she got my everything running! And also bc I have another one of there printers with software not working she’s even willing to help me out with that one! I give this company and especially Daisy a 5 star when it comes to customer service.and so far would recommend the dsv dtf printer of theirs!!! ... show more
