They checked everything on the printer and computer from top to bottom including the most current software, print quality, print head and ink alinement. Being a newbie to the world of DTF, I purchased the DSV A3 Plus XP600 largely because of the low price point of the whole package (oven, film, powder, inks, test shirts, etc.) as it was considerably cheaper than other DTF units I was looking at. I was a little nervous at first to go with this relatively unknown company but given my experience so far, NO REGRETS The machine is primarily metal, not plastic, construction making it solid (and fairly heavy) but it is a manageable footprint. On this unit, the ink tanks were easily accessible for filling. While I wish that the documentation would be beefier and more detailed, the support team was awesome! They made every effort (and then some) to make sure I had the machine up and running. As I was on WhatsApp with them over the course of two days, they even initiated the follow up and were eager to get me going. I was extremely impressed with their energy! Daisy especially was extremely helpful! I am experimenting/practicing with the unit and so far the images I have printed had vibrant colors and nice detail. The speed is ok at best but I consider it worth the $1000-$1700 savings of other units I was considering. Seems like the images the software can load must be png's but I would think that shouldn't be an issue for most users. Also, the interface is only for Windows users, not Macs. So far, I am pleasingly satisfied with this unit and thus far am more than glad making the DSV A3 Plus XP600 my first foray into the direct to film world. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The printer came within a week & packaged very well. My delivery coinnceded with a 4 day holiday over there so I got all the packaged parts put on pretty simple. The software was challenging but I watched & rewatched the video & inched through the parts I wasn't sure about. I got it to print the Test images , I thought they turned out good - until the next evening when I met Daisy on WhatsApp. She was so friendly kind patient & most important knowledgeable about the printer & right off she went in & made some changes & did some cleaning. She had me take pictures before during & after all her steps. Very thorough. She had me to do a print & waited & gave me some tips to make it even better. I couldn't imagine it better. What gorgeous color & detail & brightness. The quality is outstanding. The printer really is plug & play. I hear the white ink circulator going by itself regular & you set it to how many hours in between the cleaning that it does itself. The touch screen is easy to navigate. I was happy that it came with the larger bottles of ink & film. The powder texture felt finer than some others I've used. I think it melted more evenly because of that. The anti-clogging system doesn’t work properly. We did regular cleanings along with it and printed daily and the printhead still messed up! The motherboard went out within the first 3 months along with the printhead mother board. We’ve loss so much money on waiting on them to replace these parts! I guarantee you that all of the positive reviews are from when people first received the printer! If they do another review I guarantee that it’s horrible! The customer service is super horrible once you encounter mechanical issues. If you’ve dealt with MZK before…these are the same people that you will be dealing with here. If you’ve never had a DTF priinter…be aware that you will have to go inside of the machine to replace all of the parts that breakdown because they don’t have anyone here to work on these machines. In my honest opinion…try to find a company that isn’t affiliated with DSV nor MZK ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Sooo much to say, get ready! I researched dtf printers (a lot). I was back and forth but chose to take the chance. SO GLAD I DID! Decided to go with DSV. That was my next best decision! Their customer service is responsive and helpful and got me moving! Software and system take some experience and trial and error to really KNOW what you are doing, but that team sends videos and step by step instructions that any beginner can navigate! Daisy & Albert and their team have my gratitude! This just took my business up a level. Less expense, more profit! Excited for the future and will definitely provide any updates to this review.
