The media could not be loaded. The printer came within a week & packaged very well. My delivery coinnceded with a 4 day holiday over there so I got all the packaged parts put on pretty simple. The software was challenging but I watched & rewatched the video & inched through the parts I wasn't sure about. I got it to print the Test images , I thought they turned out good - until the next evening when I met Daisy on WhatsApp. She was so friendly kind patient & most important knowledgeable about the printer & right off she went in & made some changes & did some cleaning. She had me take pictures before during & after all her steps. Very thorough. She had me to do a print & waited & gave me some tips to make it even better. I couldn't imagine it better. What gorgeous color & detail & brightness. The quality is outstanding. The printer really is plug & play. I hear the white ink circulator going by itself regular & you set it to how many hours in between the cleaning that it does itself. The touch screen is easy to navigate. I was happy that it came with the larger bottles of ink & film. The powder texture felt finer than some others I've used. I think it melted more evenly because of that. I'm changing my review from one to five stars. I was angry when I got my printer because I couldn't get a hold of anyone to help me set it up. Turns out they were on holiday. I feel so sheepish. I just spent about 4 hours on Whatsapp getting it set up and calibrated. Daisy is such a good tech! So easy to work with and such a nice person as well. I look forward to working with them in the future if any issues arise! ... show more
