I’ve been taking these pills for three months and they are not really helping with constipation sometimes. Maybe is my fault for not eating the right stuff or not drinking enough water. One thing I noticed is that I haven’t had any acid reflux since I’ve been taking these expensive pills. I don’t mind paying that much if I get more regular.
