I was skeptical about this, but hey, this stuff is the real deal. It's a little bit pricey, but it's good. If you have problems going to the bathroom and going regularly, this stuff will help. I used to struggle with bloating, and not after this. This has really helped me out. I have no problem with upset stomach or anything; really great stuff. I believe it's helped my digestion, especially. I take semaglutide, and that stuff constipates you, but I drink plenty of water and I take this every morning, and I've had no problem with constipation.

Amazing product!! I have several stomach issues and have tried most medication and OTC will little relief. I did the gut test and have been taking this for 4 months. The changes and improvements with my stomach and over health has been life changing.

I’ve tried a lot of probiotics over the years, but Seed is the first one that actually made me feel like a normal human with a functional gut and not a bloated marshmallow. Energy? Up. Digestion? Smooth. Skin? Glowing. Bowel movements? Let’s just say Goldilocks would be proud—*not too hard, not too soft, just right*. The pills are totally swallowable (no horse-pill trauma here), but fair warning: do *not* skip the titration phase. I repeat—do *not* go full dose on Day 1 unless you enjoy clearing a room or wondering if you trust that next fart. 😬 Ease in, let your gut get the memo, and you’ll be rewarded. 10/10 recommend. Just respect the capsule. It’s friendly... but powerful.

Seed DS‑01 is one of the most thoughtfully made probiotics I’ve tried—the packaging is eco‑friendly, and the formula has an impressive mix of 24 strains plus a prebiotic. That said, I did experience some nausea, digestive discomfort, and even a bit of tooth sensitivity in the first couple of weeks, especially when I jumped to the full dose too quickly. Taking it with water and waiting to eat helped, and the side effects slowly improved over time. PLEASE READ! I very rarely leave reviews but I need for as many people to know about this product. I’m a disabled Marine Corps military veteran & Over the last 16yrs I’ve been suffering from IBS & Diverticulitis. “Yes both”! Over the years being on many antibiotics and pain medication “opiates” those two medications alone yes saved my life but caused more damage than good. So for years I went with only having one bowl movement a week sometimes two and many times accompanied by diarrhea. I’ve developed many infection, unexplained acne, fevers, chills, headaches anxiety, fatigue, sleep apnea etc. My doctors have tried all kinds of medications and none worked. Never once did they mention anything about probiotics. I just happened to be at the pharmacy getting a laxative when I saw the probiotic Align. I got it and took it. I had no results at all. I happend to get an add on FB for seed. I decided to try it. I’ve been on it now for three weeks and I can honestly say this stuff works 100%. It’s amazing on the complete turnaround that my digestive system has had. Granted I’m not having every day bowl movements yet but it’s either every day or every other day. I finally feel like I’m not sick or getting an infection. There’s so much more I want to write and tell everyone about this. I’m afraid when people see how long the read is they won’t read it all. If I could afford to make a commercial myself about this life changing product I would. SEED thank you so much for this product! I ignored what it said about starting slow and taking one pill for the first 3 days… I immediately took 2 pills on an empty stomach. Went 💩 within an hour then had the worst constipation and bloating of my life had to take pepto bismol and then laid in bed for 5 hours. Woke up the next morning still bloated but better took 2 more pills on an empty stomach and took a 💩 around mid morning and another around late morning. 100% this stuff works! It definitely makes you 💩 this and bentonite are the only things that do help me go, if your like me and only go 💩 once a week I’d definitely give this a try. I do recommend starting it on the weekend so you can just lounge for the first couple days.

This product you did absolutely nothing for me and I thought this was satisfaction guaranteed and after a week or a week and a half I tried to return the product and was denied. My fiber capsules from Walmart for five dollars a bottle work better than this I must say that after this review seed contacted me and they are refunding me. I have no doubt it is a good product. It just did not work for me and Amazon would not take it back. I changed my rating from a one to four for this reason.
