Don't kid yourself some assembly is required. You need tools as the ones provided are garbage. You need the strength to move the pieces around and put them together. You need the apptitude for this assembly. There are no real instructions just a few pics. If you can get by all that then this thing is really really cool. Well built from what I can detrmine right now. Just a couple scratches during shipping but who cares you'll do that eventually running around. Could use minor improvements but it's good bang for the buck. When sitting you have to start out slow. Weight is shifted back and the front wheel looses traction so lean forward. Lol it has a wheely bar. It moves! This isn't one of them tri wheeled scooters running at a whopping 4.8 mph. This things goes. I really like it. Good power guage, light and horn. H/L power switch and F/R switch. Assembly time for me was 2hrs. Runtime tbd ... show more

  • Don’t buy
Just don’t buy! I lost $734.00 on this crap. I had to pay someone to come and remove it from the box, and also put it together another $100.00. When it was done I got on, the seat was to close to the front my feet were half off. We took the seat off, and I stand. Now it’s time to go outside and give it a whirl. At start the front tire kept spinning then finally started going, it’s very slow, it jerks every now and then, stops going up a small hill and the front tire keeps spinning. This small hill was the sidewalk handicap ramp. It is JUNK!!! Don’t waste your money. ... show more

  • Better than expected!
Just came back from a cruise and how content I am with this scooter. We had many people compliment us for this scooter and it was an eye opener. People from three different cruise asked where we got it from. Of course we told them at Amazon. So far we have used it for 7 days straight and the battery life held to half it's life with two days of use. Recharged it to full just in case we rode it longer at each port stop. Did we'll in rain but avoided the flooded streets of Cozumel Mexico. We did cover the headlight with a plastic poncho just in case that part was not water tight. I weigh 220 pounds, 5'-3", and it pulled me with no problem. Even going up a light hill did great. The scooter was heavier than a regular mountain bike, but I was able to pick it up with much effort and fit in a Nissan Versa Note SV folded. This week I will add a hitch and a platform to just carry it out of the vehicle. The paint came chipped like other customer complained and the company could of added a bottle of touch up paint instead of having people return it for that reason. The scooter was way better than what we expected. Cons.... I believe that the seat is not suitable for people with back injury because seat has no back rest. Going up steeper hills required starting off at a higher velocity or getting off and walking the ramp if you can. ... show more

  • Tires come flat.
Tires comes flat. The reason why is improper installed valve stems. Had to break down the tires to get the stems out properly. A friend of mind has same model. Tools and instructions that are sent is not enough to put product together. They could of serpent a little more money on tools up front to solve a lot of these issues . After riding on the ZooMe 3 for a couple of days, the bearings went bad. Use there help line out and found out replacement parts are 2 months on back order. Went to NAPA auto parts to order new bearings. The spacer used to assemble product from factory rubbed on the bearings caused the failure. Over all I feel this product needs to go back to the R & D department. Problem is I have so much time and money wrapped in to this project, I don't want to send back to get another to start the process over again. if the seller wants to call to help solve these issues I would be more than happy to explain ... show more

  • Fit and finish is excellent and features such as console
Purchased for my wife, I have a 2 wheel scooter (1000 watts). This information can help you choose the right scooter for you.. My wife weighs 138 lbs I weigh 225, those 87 lbs make a huge difference in what this scooter can and cannot do for you. Fit and finish is excellent and features such as console, F/R switch, H/L switch are very useful, single brake lever left handle (make sure you have grip strength). Scooter weighs around 80 lbs which my wife with health problems CANNOT handle but I help. Assembly is not hard, manual is fairly useless, let your common sense guide you. The scooter has a nauseating petro-chemical smell that is hard to take when healthy, if you have allergies or asthma have a friend assemble, it dissipates but it takes days. Make sure you do tighten handle bar and seat hardware SECURELY. The front tire is rated at max 36 psi and it is rock hard at 26 psi, the rear tires are rated at 85 psi and they are rock hard at 20-22 psi (ignore the 85 psi on the side wall). Inclines require momentum if you come to a stop on incline you need to lean forward or stand to get going, It will NOT handle more than 10 degrees. With my wife this scooter has adequate power, with me it struggles a great deal. If you weigh over 200 lbs my advise is find a scooter with 500 watt motor minimum. I used an app on my phone to test scooter with my wife and I driving, GPS verified. It will be easy to tell who is driving when you look at results. My wife is very happy with her scooter. It is not adequate for me at 225 lbs. Does NOT work on loose dirt. Hard packed dirt, gravel, short grass is Ok. Wil mark tile floors, comes off easy. ... show more

  • This trike has very little to, no traction in gravel or grass.
Very dangerous on inclines. Brakes won't hold you, the trike will slip, roll backwards, wheels lock and you simply slide backwards and it will quite easily tip over. Very dangerous. Everyone should be aware. It is best to keep this bike on paved, flat, dry surface. It is a zippy little trike, maneuvers easily around corners, holds a charge well, it is nice to look at, but I can't recommend it to anyone with mobility problems. The rider needs to be agile and alert to maintain control at all times. ... show more
