  • Motorized chair's are cool
So much faster than the ones at walmart. Horn could be louder, light could be brighter. Other than that I am happy with it.

  • Dangerous!
Warning! This scooter is terrible. It is made of cheap plastic. The edges are terribly sharp. Both my husband and I have been cut multiple times. Some of the lacerations have been deep. I plan to report this product to the Consumer Product Safety Commission.

  • Overall the scooter met every expectation
I’ve almost had this scooter one year and it’s been a game changer for me. I’m able to take off the seat and battery and load the scooter into the back of my small SUV if I put the back seat down. Great convenience and I haven’t needed to use a rear scooter lift to transport it. For those who have had issues with the leg room, I was able to add more legroom by moving the seat back on the seat frame. It has a few holes further back that allows you to add the additional length needed. I haven’t had any problems with leg room once I moved the seat back. Overall very happy with this purchase. ... show more

  • Glad I Bought This!!
I am a big guy (350) and have a bad hip that limits longer walks. Bought the Phoenix for use around our 55+ community and on trips. I ordered the wider seat (good choice). I agree the leg room is limited for 6 foot plus, but I can live with it. We tow a Kia Soul behind the RV and the chair will fit behind the rear seat when taken apart and carefully fitted in. It does have a couple of heavy parts, so unless you are strong, get a friend to help. Being so big, I do not count on long battery life. I would not expect more than 3-5 miles on fairly flat ground. I use it a few days then charge overnight. Strangely, the battery seems to recover some when turned off for a while. Pros: Seat will turn and makes it easy to get on/off. Easy assembly/disassembly. Cons: Battery life limited, but you just deal with it. Light and horn are a joke. Feels a little unstable on slightly rough ground. Five stars, not perfect, but close! ... show more

  • Item discontinued but they still are listed for sale.
I specifically ordered the HD model because it looked sturdier and was a tad wider than the other models. Also it was $100 more than the LT model. The seller sent me an mesaage saying I would get a packet before I got the actual scooter. Ok. Tracking shows carrier picked up and delivered the next day. No it was delivered to another carrier's warehouse, to be scheduled for delivery to me. It sat there for 6days until it was delivered to me. Then I see that it is the wrong model. Messaged the seller and was told the HD was discontinued...WHY IS IT STILL BEING LISTED FOR SALE? They asked if I wanted to return it , but I had already put it together and needed it so credited me the $100. My advice is this item needs to be taken off the site since its not available. I blame the warehouse and carriers for not shipping the correct item. The LT model is smaller and lighter but it does support my weight. Definitely definitely not worth all the trouble for the price. ... show more

  • Just what I needed!
This scooter looks great! It could use a little more leg room but that is the only reason I gave it 4 stars. Now I have the freedom to go anywhere without restrictions. I love it!

  • Premature Scooter Death
I’ve had this scooter (they sent the wrong model) for just over a year (June 2023-August 2024). It has been trouble from the beginning. Now, it’s dead. I will try to find a repair place, but I don’t hold out much hope. It’s a complete waste of money.
