I want to first start with the customer service. I first recieved a damaged bag. You can tell by the way the box was damaged that it was damaged during shipping. I messaged the seller and within minutes I had a reply. I sent them a few pictures of the deformed bag and of the box. Right away they told me they would send me a replacement. I recieved the replacement within two days of messaging them. By far the best customer service I have ever dealt with. 5 stars!! Now let’s review the bag itself. I have a wavemaster in the yard. The wave master is very bulky and even when filled with water it moves around a lot. I had purchased a heavy bag but the space I am using in the basement is very small and with low ceilings. This bag was perfect for the space! It has the perfect size and height. The suction cups on the bottom are amazing! It didn’t work on the gym mat, but I cut a hole out and the suction cups hold it pretty steady on tile. It was able to take strong kicks and punches without moving from its place. I was extremely impressed. I filled the base with sand. It took 2 60lb bags of play sand. The sand gave it a more stable foundation. The sand plus the suction cup, the bag is not moving no matter how hard you strike it. Only thing was the size funnel I had made it a tad difficult to get the sand in quickly. It took me about 20 minutes to get it in. Which is not bad for the sturdiest portable bag. Putting the base together with the bag was the simplest part. The easiest and fastest installation. It was very straightforward and the one tool needed was provided. I give this item 5 stars. I would highly recommend purchasing it. The price is also low in comparison to other products that do the job. You can’t beat the price, the customer service, and the quality of the bag. Don’t waste another second debating it!!     • Great starter punching bag
Style: punching bag
First off, I am no expert on punching bags so this review will be from the standpoint of someone who is just getting into boxing/mma type training. That being said, this punching bag has been great so far for my purposes. Putting it together was very straightforward and went quickly; I would recommend filling it with sand instead of water as the sand is much better for stability. I have it set on mats so I cannot speak to the suction, but it has been very stable so far with only the most intense punching/kicking combinations moving it. The bag has been able to stand up to everything I have thrown at it as well and seems like it will last for a long time. It is also fairly easy to move once assembled and weighted with sand so I have had no issues repositioning it to better be able to maneuver around it fully. Overall I am very happy with this purchase so far as the quality to price ratio is great. For beginners and those who are more casual about punching bag training/exercise I think this bag is a great purchase. I will update this review as I use it more and get a better sense of the longevity. ... show more

    • Best Indoor Heavy Bag Solution. The hype is real.

I have had a few stand up bags and heavy bags and been to many mma & boxing gyms and have a good feel for a lot of different styles of bags. Stand up bags usually have that unsatisfying impact and you can't really hit them hard without them rolling around and migrating them from where you placed it. Other stand up bags I've had were also bulky and filled with water and still don't feel satisfying to hit. It's nice the bag is pretty stable and doesn't move around as much and can even go on hardwood floor without scratching it if you use the suctions cups. Prefect for any indoor use. This bag has that nice impact and weight to it because the springs absorb the shock, the texture is pretty hard, and bag doesn't move very far so its almost like hitting a heavy bag. I'm only using suction cups on a smooth surface and it is enough to hold it down and throw a pretty good punch. I'm 210 pounds and been doing mma for about 10 years so it can take a decent hit. Some people complain about knocking it down and they are under 150lbs; this is because they don't know how to throw a punch and they are pushing the bag. A punch is a like a whip and you release at the sweet spot for maximum impact so if your pushing something it wont hurt as much. When people fall from a push they dont get hurt but when you fall from a punch its not from a push its from impact and trauma to the chin. Which brings me to my cons. If you push the bag or put your weight into it from a kick or flying knee then you will pull it off the floor. For this you will have to fill it with sand. It also seems if you grab the top of the bag it might bend over time, I have no proof yet though. Some kicks will knock down the bag because kicks are suppose to try and cut through an object and not just release on impact. If you throw a tip kick from a distance like your supposed too it will work perfectly but if you a kick to the middle it will go down. It seems to be stable for headkicks and leg kicks though. I wouldn't kick the bag too hard but you can go fast enough to get impact and it can take it. Save your power kicks for the 200lb bags at the gym and get your workout and technique on this bag. This is the perfect in home bag though the hype is real. ... show more
