As a first timer in using an irrigation kit, I was a little intimidated looking at all the pieces. BUT they included a QR code you can scan which takes you to a video showing how to set this up. I was very pleased and relieved of that! A big help. Basically once I really set it all out, and after watching the videos, I realized it was really all the pieces that had me anxious. In all actuality this kit is pretty straightforward and easy to work with. Cutting the lines and inserting pieces is a breeze. The hardest part for me had nothing to do with the actual set, and more to do with how unprepared I didn't realize I was. Suggestion. Plan your use based on the lining available. You got 40 ft of main line, and then you can customize from there. Cut, t, and move forward. The kit provides everything needed to extend out from the main line. Lots of options and potential in this kit. Very customizable. It's a smooth and easy process, that I really wasn't expecting. Tbh this was so much more simpler than I had thought. I probably would have started sooner if I knew. The main line is a great size. I was worried about water pressure and flow, but it's a nice size that allows good flow into all of the other lines. I actually had a lot of fun customizing my garden, and I'm very glad that I had the chance to review this particular irrigation set, which made it quite a breeze. I think this is a great kit, priced very fairly, and very well thought out. User friendly, easy to use, and just overall good quality. I would definitely recommend this set, and I may even come back for another shall I decide to expand. I now know it's worth it!

I did not add any pictures or video because the manufacturer had instructions in the box, but even better is the video which you get to with a QR code link on the inside of the box. There are a lot of parts in the box, but the video does a great job of showing you what they all do and how to insert components into the lines to achieve the results you want. I found the installation easy. It is all cut, plug it in, push and screw the parts together. As with other reviews you need to consider the 40 feet of the main line. You start this either on the end of a hose, or connect it directly to your faucet. My suggestion is that before you buy, go and measure. Figure out where you want the 40 feet to start and end. The other 100 feet are branches to that. By doing measurements you will then know if the 40 feet is right for your implementation. Good product, lots of options. You will like it.

Let me begin with, I am a novice to drip irrigation systems. I've been hand and sprinkler watering my whole life. That will be changing posthaste because this is definitely a game changer! It was a bit more complex to setup than I anticipated, but so worth the effort, and it got easier as I went along. I'm convinced it conserves water and it definitely saves time. My dogs are devastated because they no longer get to run through the sprinklers and hose spray each evening, but I'm pleased as punch! My garden chores time has been significantly cut, water is being used more efficiently, and my dogs go inside dry each night. What more could I ask for from such a simple change?

This is a nice standalone kit that has everything you need to irrigate a nice size garden. All you need to know is shown in the product video on the listing page and you should watch it as there were no instructions or documentation included. I used the kit to extend irrigation to several fruit trees that are removed from our yard sprinkler system and this worked fine by teeing into one of our existing 1/2 inch diameter poly riser pipes. The kit T's did not quite fit my hard poly lines but it was easy to adapt and after switching to the kits piping things moved along quickly and everything fit together and worked as it should. I would like to see a couple more 1/2 end caps as the kit only has 1 but other fittings were plentiful and should be more than enough for most backyard gardens.

This is a great set with lots of emitter / connector options, plus real 1/2" main line for good flow of water. I had purchased a different set last year that claimed to have 1/2" main line, but had way less inside diameter so I had water flow problems to my emitters, which is not a problem with this set. The distribution lines on this set are very flexible and I like the plug in connectors on the emitters. You need to make sure that you cut the line cleanly and insert it fully into the emitter so it doesn't leak, but this type of connector is much easier to work with over the long term if you want to change emitters or move them around. I really like this set and recommend it, particularly as a starter set. For my uses I'd prefer more main line hose and less distribution hose, but most of these kits have about the same amount of each as this one and you can purchase more of any particular thing you need separately.

This is perfect system of our area in front of the house. Once spring gets here, we are immediately placed on a water restriction. This kit will absolutely help with our restrictions. High quality tubing and connectors make this a very nice kit. Main feed line is 1/2” diameter and is 40 feet long. The side feed offline is 1/4” diameter and is 100 feet long. I honestly wish it was the other way around. I would rather have 100 feet of main feed line that way it maintains better pressure to all of the off shoots @ ¼” diameter and it would give much better layout options. There are enough push style connectors and fittings to complete most small garden areas. Unfortunately, my kit does not come with the fitting that connects it to your garden hose. But almost all big box stores have those in stock. So, not a big deal. Overall, this is a great kit for a small garden area.
