The Cybervelo step-thru ebike is really nice. I am very pleased with my purchase. I believe it has the best value over any ebike I researched at this price point. It is well constructed and has ample range. I find it comfortable to ride. This is due to the comfortable seat, step-thru frame, and easy adjustable handlebars. I was able to tailor the bike to me. The bike was well packaged for delivery and came 90% complete. The instructions were easy to follow for finishing the assembly and operation of the bike. I was out biking in 30 minutes. So far I have only praise for this ebike. It has ample power. It is robust enough to take on park trails meant for walking and riding, not rough terrain. This only has 2" tires and fork suspension. Absolutely love the ride of the bike and speed and quality. Only gave it 4 stars however because the battery doesn't last as long as it says it should. But it gets me to where I want to go and l love it so I would still recommend it to anyone.

This was such a great purchase. We love our bikes! They were a great price. The shock absorbers are wonderful. The battery will last about 30 miles with pedal assist on and pedaling. The top speed is about 24. We usually ride at about 12 mph. We have ridden several rides with no problems. We enjoy getting out on the trail to ride. The bikes make it lots of fun! If you get too tired, you hit the throttle and it just moves you on!! The size is great for an adult. It is heavier than a regular bike, but that is due to the battery. The instructions are not super. We did have a little difficulty putting them together, and we even used youtube. It was worth it in the end. ... show more
