The frame is heavy, sturdy, and a nice color. I like the suspension seat post, but I prefer a different seat and therefore replaced it immediately. Assembly directions were clear and well written. The Cybervelo step-thru ebike is really nice. I am very pleased with my purchase. I believe it has the best value over any ebike I researched at this price point. It is well constructed and has ample range. I find it comfortable to ride. This is due to the comfortable seat, step-thru frame, and easy adjustable handlebars. I was able to tailor the bike to me. The bike was well packaged for delivery and came 90% complete. The instructions were easy to follow for finishing the assembly and operation of the bike. I was out biking in 30 minutes. So far I have only praise for this ebike. It has ample power. It is robust enough to take on park trails meant for walking and riding, not rough terrain. This only has 2" tires and fork suspension. I wanted an ebike I could handle easily on city streets and occasionally take with me to a park trails.

Pleasantly surprised by the good quality of this bike, with the price being what it is. The motor is powerful. On its scale of 1 to 10, I found that 4 is plenty fast. Some assembly is required. Best to watch the assembly video and follow along step by step. Very important to get the front wheel assembled correctly.

The bike came in good packing. The bike was easy to build and the provided tools are great quality to keep for later. The bikes interface is easy to use and understand. The charger seems good and being able to remove the battery is great.

Absolutely love the ride of the bike and speed and quality. Only gave it 4 stars however because the battery doesn't last as long as it says it should. But it gets me to where I want to go and l love it so I would still recommend it to anyone.

This was such a great purchase. We love our bikes! They were a great price. The shock absorbers are wonderful. The battery will last about 30 miles with pedal assist on and pedaling. The top speed is about 24. We usually ride at about 12 mph. We have ridden several rides with no problems. We enjoy getting out on the trail to ride. The bikes make it lots of fun! If you get too tired, you hit the throttle and it just moves you on!! The size is great for an adult. It is heavier than a regular bike, but that is due to the battery. The instructions are not super. We did have a little difficulty putting them together, and we even used youtube. It was worth it in the end.

The bike feels very strong and well-built, and the seat is extremely comfortable, especially for a woman. The third speed level is more than enough for smooth and powerful riding, making it easy to enjoy without feeling overwhelming. The battery lasts a long time on a single charge, and it takes about 4–5 hours to fully recharge, which is very reasonable. It performs well on both smooth roads and rural paths, and it feels stable while riding. On top of that, the design is beautiful and eye-catching.
