Honestly, I feel like every house should have one of these! I absolutely love that this DREO tower fan and heater combo can be used year-round. Instead of having a separate fan and space heater taking up room, you get both heating and cooling in one unit, which makes it so convenient. Both the heating and cooling work wonderfully. The fan gives off a really nice amount of air, and the heating function does a great job when you need some extra warmth. With the different modes, speed levels, and temperature options, there are so many ways to adjust it depending on what you need. I really like having that flexibility, especially for a bedroom. The size is exactly as described, so there were no surprises when it arrived. I also love that it comes with a remote control. Being able to change the settings without having to get up is such a convenient feature, especially when you’re using it at night. The multiple settings and options really make this feel like you’re getting a lot for your money. The noise level is pretty low, but I’m not going to say that it is silent. Installation was also a breeze. We just had to attach the base at the bottom and that’s it. Overall, this is beyond a great value for the price. You’re getting a tower fan, heater, multiple modes and settings, and remote control all in one unit that can be useful throughout the entire year. I’m extremely happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it.

Love this heater/fan. Very easy to assemble the base and attach the unit. Can barely hear it as it warms my room. You can use the pre-set heat options level 1/5 or use the remote and set it to eco and set a specific temp you want. The air blows strong and the oscillating feature, which you can switch, helps heat the room quickly. It may seem a bit unsteady but I have cats and dogs running around it and it hasn’t fallen or even really wobbled. A bit pricy but worth it for ease of use and piece of mind

This is exactly what I needed for my room. My apartment is older so the heating and air system is iffy but this product is an absolute godsend. It comes with a remote, so you don’t have to get up to change it to heat or air (you can if you’d like, there are buttons on the fan itself. I am just lazy.) and you can set it to varying levels (heat— 5 settings, air— 15 settings). I’ve only had it for about two and a half months but so far it’s the truth. It’s perfect for these 20 degree days. It also rotates, so that’s a nice touch too. It’s quiet, I’m the type who likes a little bit of noise when trying to sleep and it’s just the right amount of noise. The only thing that I can say would be a little bit confusing is how it may randomly shut off sometimes, but like I said, you can just hit the remote and it’ll come back on.

This should really be 3.5 stars, but I rounded up. Does it do the job? Yes, but compared to other Dreo fans, especially above value of $100, it's missing a few things to make it "perfect". The good: For a bedroom (mine is relatively small) it does a great job heating it and maintaining the temperature. It's been great on eco mode to keep it comfortable. It would probably struggle in larger areas, but it does a great job overall for me for this purpose. The timer is nice, remote works great, and the ability to adjust the oscillation to different degrees are all great things to have. Their other tower fans all have this, so no surprise there. The bad: For the price point, it doesn't have any smart features or wifi. I think there's a law reason outside of Dreo's hands because it's a heater for this. Either way, still would be nice to have to set a schedule to kick on before bed. It also doesn't allow you to set the temperature in fan mode. This seems like a huge miss as it obviously has a thermostat. The only options you have in fan mode that seem to control the temp are "sleep" and "auto", both of which you can't find what temperature it's trying to actually achieve. The manual nor their website have any information regarding both of these modes when it comes to target temp. Overall, it's well built and not too much bigger than a typical tower fan, which was perfect for me since I had a tower fan then a small heater next to it in the winter. It's still lacking a few things I'm hoping they implement in a version 2 of this to make it that much better.

I've tried ten or more heaters in the past. Not a single one comes close to the power and warmth that this one has. All of my past heaters were set at the highest setting possible, which was 95 or 99 and I was still cold. With this one I set it at 70 and I'm toasty warm. It's incredible the amount of heat it desepenes. I actually have to get up in the middle of the night and turn down the setting of the heat. It's got a remote control which makes life so much easier for me. It has all sorts of timers also convient. Your temperature control is awesome. From the lowest being I think 40' to the hotest being 99'. Your always warm. It's the best heater I've ever bought. I live in the basement where there is no heat. So for it to get me toasty at 70' is saying something. It's light enough to move around when you want. Easy to use, plug it in, press some buttons and your ready to be warm. If it's to hot, adjust it lower. To cold, adjust it higher. All very simple and easy to use. It heats up really fast. There is no installation. Just plug it in and your ready to use. I used it for 8 months at least 12hrs a day. Never had a problem with it. I highly recommend to anyone that needs to be warm in unique spaces.

Ok lets talk about this unit. First of all, aesthetically i love it, it looks good, I love that it can switch from fan to heater, and i can confirm its powerful enough to heat my basement, well at least to provide a little extra heat. That said, 4-5 days ago i switch it to fan mode, and it worked fine. Had to switch it to heat 2 days ago, and it displayed a PP message. I checked it, it basically says it is an overheating issue. When i went to see what the issue is, the cable was EXTREMELY hot. I am running it on a 20AMP circuit breaker installed by professionals. Now why the 1star despite the heating capabilities. - First this failure is 35 days in, so yeah it didn't last long - I called their support and the lady insisted the heater needs to run on its own circuit breaker... are you kidding me? Circuit breakers are supposed to support multiple things plugged in, and as long as these things aren't a vacuum, another heater, a fridge etc... you should be fine. I even checked this online, guess what, the issue more often than not is the plug for the space heater. - Also, Dreo is selling a space heater that is exceeding legal limits in the united states. When i checked the AMPs on the plug, the heater showed it was pulling 15.5 AMP! That makes it unsafe. I decided to continue with it anyways since i have a 20AMP circuit breaker. - my last issue is with their support agent, immediately their first step was to try and push blame on me, stating you must have many things plugged in to the circuit breaker, never stopping long enough to listen to what i said, "The heater has been running for over 31 days with NO ISSUES, on the same circuit breaker" I contacted support and I am hoping their will step up.
