I bought this reasonably priced heater when my furnace went out during mid November in Ohio (the weather was mostly in the 30s and 40s outside). I used this plus a smaller version (same brand) to provide heat for my little 2 bedroom cottage and it did great!!! I love the ease of setting the temperature, length of time for it to run, the fan speed, and the oscillating feature! It took 3 weeks to finally get my furnace fixed and this was my heat source. What a wonderful piece of equipment. It is tall (about two feet) attractive and adds to the decor and just blends in. Does everything as promised and more. We already had the smaller version (same brand) in another area and that is what led up to stay with the brand. Dreo seems to be the best of the best !!! So quiet you can't hear is run and works perfect in our large master bath. The temp control and reasonable price worked out well too. It has auto shut off built right into the temperature control. Reaches the temp we set it for in just a few short minutes to keep the bath area comfortable and much more enjoyable. It is good space heater that can you comfortable and warm if you are within its turning radius. It does a good job within that range. I gave 4 stars because I don't believe that it can keep a large room warm outside of its turning range.

First things first, this is a space heater - It heats a room/space. That being said, I don’t find anything necessarily more impressive about it versus other ones I’ve owned previously. What I wasn’t happy about was the claim of this model being “whisper quiet” only to find out that it’s absolutely not. It’s not super noisy but it definitely sits comfortably above the “white noise” level. This space heater offers features that you will find in most other options. Probably the best purchase I’ve made! My heat went out right at the beginning of winter and this thing has been a lifesaver! It’s very quick to heat up when it’s turned on, and does a really good job at keeping the temperature regulated I my studio. The fact that it has a safety shut off makes me feel a lot better about letting it run at night when I’m sleeping. The size is perfect, about knee height, and it oscillates so even with it being such a compact heater, it spreads the heat around very well.
