It is most important to understand that this does not replace a furnace, but merely heats an area of your home. I did not find this successful downstairs in an open concept area because hot air rises. I utilize this upstairs in the hallway to help with ambient temperature and it does work. I would estimate my upstairs square footage somewhere between 500 and 600 ft.² just does take a little bit to warm up but overtime, it heats up and keeps the area nice and warm. We live on the end of a townhouse, so of course, it is the most drafty. This helps safely increase the heat when our thermostat is locked at 69°F. When the heater is running, it is very toasty and you can feel it. I actually had to turn it off at one point because I was getting too warm in my bedroom down the hall. Something that many reviews fail to mention is that they did not read the instructions and probably turned it on right away. Had they read the instructions, there would not have been an odor. Unfortunately, too many people are in a rush and automatically assume something is wrong. The instructions clearly state to maximum heat it in a ventilated area for at least two hours as it is a new product. I ventilated it in a bathroom with an exhaust and the odor went away. It is absolutely quiet and doesn’t make a sound. There are safety features that include a timer as well as different heat intensities as well as ample safety points in the instruction guide. The remote is handy, and the product is itself is modern and sleek looking. I own an oscillating fan from the same company that has been running for four years straight, so the brand was never an issue. I will continue to come back and review this, but for now, it has a good rating with me. I’ll check back in in the spring. Edit 1: One week later, this thing is absolutely working. Despite it being rated for a 300 sq/ft area, it heated our entire upstairs to the point the thermostat read 80F when it locked ay 69F (obviously this is too hot but it was impressive). Our upstairs is about 600 sq/ft so that’s double what this is rated for. If we had a one level home, as long as there is good airflow, I don’t see why it couldn’t heat a larger area say, 800 sq/ft. This came just in time for winter. As I write this, it’s 13F outside but it’s a nice 75F in here. No regrets. An excellent value for the price and a quality product based on materials and durability.

I have a two story house and it’s expensive trying to keep it warm in winter because the system will heat up the entire house and I must of the time just stayed in the living room are where is my work desk so I decided to give it a try and turned out that I couldn’t get better than this, I set it up on 95 degrees on eco mode and warm the entire house, mind blowing! My house thermostat is showing 72 degrees all the time since I started using this heater and super energy efficient, 0 noise, beautiful design, easy use manually or with the remote control. It gets really hot to the touch so keep that in mind if you have small kids but other than that this is a very functional pice of engineering. Surprisingly not too expensive for what is able to do. Definitely 10/10

This radiator not only comes with a remote control but it also has a decent appearance! An odor was noticed for the first few hours of use but this was expected as it is mentioned in the owner's manual. I love how this radiator was very quiet while heating up, maintaining heat and even while cooling down. I'd like to see the radiator display a current room temperature or even better would be a wifi access to the Dreo App & Alexa, both of which I've used on other Dreo products. This is the best radiator I've ever used and although it has a high price I would still recommend it! Regardless of my review, I definitely will be using this radiator rather than the the floorboard heater you can see behind it in my photos.

This heater works well in a small bedroom that doesn't get as much heat as the rest of our house. The design is sleek, and unlike other similar units, it doesn't look like an old style steam radiator on wheels. Its easy to use, operates well, and comes with a handy remote. The lit control panel doesn't bother me, but it's nice to know that for those who can't sleep with that type of distraction, it turns off when the lights are out.

Worth the extra for a very sleek looking, full-featured radiator that gets going in about 15 minutes and heats whisper quiet. Impressed by Dreo quality, packaging, features and performance. Safe to touch and extra circuit safety features in the cord make this the top-of-the-line choice that should last a couple decades.

This should not have such a high rating. I am flabbergasted. This thing couldn’t heat 5x5 square if you gave it 24 hours. It’s spends half its time shut off. Sure saving energy, except the temp drops and it’s no longer helping as much. Then it turns on for 2 seconds. Then 6 hours later it’s throws LL on the screen and it won’t turn off. So I had to unplug it. In a 15x15 room it literally did nothing but waste energy. A small space heater would have put out twice the heat and never woulda shut off. I literally had to unplug it. Not only did it fail to do what it was made to do, but it just does whatever it wants, which is not heating. I was worried it would randomly turn on and over heat eventually. Don’t trust this company. My first purchase was a smart heater. I thought maybe the smart was the issue. It seems their dumb products also have the same issue. They don’t want to heat your house. Used to have their humidifier, after this I’m throwing them away and deleting their app. Humidifiers seem to work too. But I’m over trusting this company.
