The media could not be loaded. I bought this Dreo 9” fan on 6/1/23 to replace a small Vornado FIT Fold-Up 2 speed personal fan I had (model CR1-0225-70). I attached a picture of both the old Vornado fold up fan and the new Dreo fan and as you can see, the Dreo is a much bigger fan. I also own a larger Vornado table top fan which is much larger than this 9” Dreo and I rather have this little Dreo fan by comparison. The Dreo is also so much easier to clean because in my experience, the downside in buying any Vornado model fan is that they are all truly a pain to clean and to keep them clean. I think ease to cleaning a fan is one of the most important features because if it is such a project to clean them, we get lazy to keep them clean. So let me just say that I bought my Vornado fold up fan in Sept 2019 (less than 4 years ago) and shortly after purchasing it but too late to return it, one of the three internal screws holding the motor in place actually fell out. It still worked without the one screw although it was a bit nosier. However, it never really provided a strong airflow even on high speed despite it was positioned on my nightstand blowing right at me. Then a few months ago, the blade kept stopping and then suddenly it just stopped working. Luckily, I had already been researching for its replacement. I read so many Amazon reviews for probably every small fan model out there. I also did a lot of online research with articles that provided reviews and recommendations. After all that, I decided on purchasing this Dreo FoxOne Fan. Model DR-HAF002. ASIN B0BSH75KZ3. It’s a 9 Inch, 70ft Strong Airflow, 120° adjustable tilt, 28db Low Noise, Quiet, 3 Speeds. This is a great small fan and I would highly recommend. 3 speeds and quiet. The tilt range is better than any other fan I looked at. I set it on a stool just behind my nightstand because it was a little too big to put right on the nightstand next to me. Also, it has such a strong air flow on the low setting that I actually have to tilt it up because it gets so chilly. Which is nice because I just keep it on all the time when I’m in bed and I have it pointing straight at me when I need air and when it gets too much, I just reach over and tilt it upwards with one click. I truly love my new fan and so far, I’m very satisfied! What actually leaned me towards this particular fan model was the 120° adjustable tilt of this fan. It has 5 set positions it locks into. 1st position faces downward at 120° 2nd position faces straight forward at 90° 3rd position faces slightly upward at 60° 4th position faces upward at 30° 5th position faces upward at 0° and is fully horizontal towards the ceiling. I would have preferred if the fan would allow more freedom in position but I’m still satisfied with the overall range it provides. Also take note that there are no other small fans that I found currently on the market that feature the 120° downward or 0° full horizontal positions. The 120° downward position is great when I’m lying in a bed in a sleeping position whereas my previous Vornado, I had to put a book or something on the backend of the stand to tilt it forward so the air flow could reach me while lying down which really helps with hot flashes during the night. I was lucky to be able to do that with the Vornado because other fans would likely be too top heavy and fall over. You can also hang it from the wall or ceiling which is why it has the fully horizontal position because when hanging, it’s actually upside down and at the horizontal position, the air flows downward very nicely into the room. I will update my review if anything changes but so far after just 2 months, I would 100% recommend this Dreo FoxOne Fan. Model DR-HAF002. ASIN B0BSH75KZ3.

This fan feels well made, is powerful, and is quiet. Where it might not be what you're looking for is: 1) It produces a very focused beam of air that isn't good for cooling multiple people. 2) It doesn't oscillate, which also isn't good for cooling multiple people. 3) As others have noted, the up/down adjustment only locks in a few locations, making it hard to get the right aim. We tried replacing a cheaper fan in a bedroom with 2 kids with this fan, and due to the narrow beam of air this produced, it resulted in only one kid getting cooled at a time. So that wasn't there right application. But if you want a quiet, powerful, narrow beam of air, then this would be a great choice.

This little fan makes the dead air come to life in my 10x12' single-window room with no cross ventilation. Placed in one corner, it stirs a little breeze at my desk diagonally across from it and I can relax. Perfect. On the lowest setting, the sound is all-day tolerable for a hearing-impaired person with low-frequency noise intolerance. I can bear the second setting for awhile, when conditions are real hot. Most fans drive me crazier than the heat. I have since drilled a screw into the corner wall for hanging the fan out of the way. Great circulation from there. The screw is set into a wood frame so no molly was needed. At night, I move the fan onto the floor. At first I found the sound not comfortable for sleeping even on low. So I also use a wonderful circulating fan that is even quieter (placed a distance from the bed) and easy to clean. (Lorell LLR44551 Desk Fan, 12" also on Amazon) Highly recommend that one too. Update: I found that by putting this fan on the floor below the level of the bed, the noise on low does not disturb my sleep. Also, importantly, the Dreo fan is super easy to clean--the grill and blade lift right off, one screw. Imperative with all the gunk in our car-clogged town.

Ordered this fan to replace a box fan used in the bedroom at night. I was hesitant about the power this small fan would generate, as well as the noise it would create (we like the fan noise to cancel out any other noises overnight). This fan delivered, it is powerful, has just the right amount of sound, and doesn't take up much space at all. I did not realize before ordering that it came with a wall mounting kit, we did not use this but would be helpful for people limited on desk space or nightstand space.

I really needed a good high velocity fan & this one didn’t disappoint. It does circulate the air in the entire room, PERFECT if you are cooling a room with a window unit but it also provides good air flow when directly on you for even more comfort. Quiet & cool. Exactly what I needed.
