** Edit - I’m adding another star to this rating because the company actually reached out to me to see what they could do to help. I really appreciate it, and they stand by their product! We liked the look of this vacuum and were impressed with the reviews. It is just okay to live with, the battery life is frustratingly short, so it's best for a secondary vacuum. When it does have power, it does work well and provide good suction. Over all the short run times have left me sour on this for the price, and makes me wish I took the othe reviews discussing this more seriously. This is literally perfect! It's easy to assemble and to replace the attachments. Very easy to store in the closet. The Suction is great, and having the ability to control the section is great. Love the color too! It's great to get under furniture and maneuvers like a dream! Buy it.

I vacuum every day because I have a dog and a cat. When I ran this vacuum for the first time you would have thought I hadn't vacuumed in weeks. So much dust came out of my carpets. It weighs next to nothing, I can carry it everywhere and vacuum my entire farm house before the battery dies. It's also relatively quiet which I like because quiet is always better 😊. I did buy this on sale when it was less than $200 , but if you don't mind spending the extra money it's a great buy. UPDATE: A representative reached out and replaced the broked vacuum with a new one. They were very responsive with great follow up and corrected the issue. Happy once again! I initially LOVED this cordless vacuum. The suction power was great. It glided easily. The battery life allowed me to vacuum my one story house on full power in one charge. I read other reviews warning that the plastic piece on the vacuum head can break easily - and well ... here I am, after only 1 month with a broken vacuum. Head snapped off while using it. Looking to order replacement parts, but cannot find an option to order one. No customer service representatives to assist with this issue. I originally bought this vacuum because I liked the look and how it was lightweight/ cordless. I really loved the vacuum until the large attachment piece somehow broke and was unable to be used within 1 week of having it. Without this piece it was difficult to vacuum. First time I reached out to customer service I didn’t receive any fixes to my problem. Over 6 months later I randomly posted a review about the vacuum then the company reached out to me. After receiving a replacement I can say that this is a pretty good vacuum. Easy to use. It has 3 power modes and I love that it is super lightweight and cordless. Battery gets way too hot and it blows hot air on my face when I’m trying to use the handheld portion on my babies car seat. Also, the battery does not last as long as it says, either in low power mode or full blast. It is beautifully colored gold and white. That part is nice. But it does not suck up as well as I think it should either. Thanks like a dried out black being under the dining table etc. Also, it is not as easy as my Dyson to empty the bin. You have to rotate it and screw it in a sense counterclockwise and then push a button to open it and make sure you do that over the trash of course. All in all this was not a keeper for me. I loved this vacuum! So much so I purchased a second one for my 2nd home. Unfortunately, the second one I bought broke within two months. The main head had plastic pieces that had just broken off and left it dangling from the main shaft. After 6 months the first one I purchased did the same thing. I had made attempts to contact the manufacturer multiple times to get replacement heads, it was when I left a review that I was contacted to make things right. Update: I have since been contacted by the manufacturer regarding my two-star review. While it's been a bit cumbersome answering their repetitive questions and resending them emails that I had already sent; confirming the same information over and over, I did receive complete replacements. They also continue to follow up and promised that they are working on correcting the issue with the main head. While I really do like this vacuum, only time will tell if the replacement they sent me will have the same issue. Truly hoping that the Dreamtetech stands the test of time. ... show more
