Color isn't as vivid as in pictures which isn't the real issue, I might have gotten a bad one but it just wasn't put back together correctly or something the seam where the your pinky and ring finger rest was well its sharp rather uncomfortable. Was really happy until I held and then just no I have more than one elite 2 controllers and its just not right. The right thumb stick also made a noise when you moved, and there's white stuff in some of the crevices like a used controller so not sure what thats from.

I loved the controller while it worked. After a week the paddles on the bottom (the most important feature) stopped working. I replaced them and they still didn't work. I am unaware if this has happened to anyone else, but in my personal experience, I was disappointed at the lack of durability. Considering it costs $240, I definitely did not get my moneys worth.
