Didn't get to open the box til near the end of the return window. It lasted for one tattoo then broke. Bought the combo kit with two extra batteries. One of the batteries doesn't really work either. Amazon won't help and the message seller option only takes me back to Amazon. I really thought this was a reputable company(Dragonhawk).I was wrong. And for as much money as we spend with Amazon, you'd think they'd take care of us. They will not. ... show more
