1. The electric scooter arrived with the broken mud flap covering the two wheels. The mud flap also fixes the rear light which is important to safety. I hope the seller can send me a new mud flap. They should improve the packaging as well, because the inner small box was also broken and inserted by the handle. 2. Furthermore, the product has a bigger problem of the arrangement of the rear wheels. The left rear wheel is bumping, with the axis not at the center of the wheel. We can feel the bumping when the scooter is running on a smooth road: one jump in every cycle of the rotation of the wheel. The eccentric rotation of the wheel can also be clearly seen, when we put the scooter on a rack and turn on the motor. The right rear wheel is wobbling left and right. We can also see this clearly when we put the scooter on a rack and turn on the motor. The adjustment of the arrangement of the wheels should be done better at the factory, because it is difficult to customers in general. I wish the seller can give me detailed instructions to adjust the arrangement of the rear wheels. 3. The valve caps of the tyre tubes of the front wheels are missing. I expect some of these valve caps from the seller. ======== Update 1: The seller sent a new scooter of this model to the user. So I am raising the rating stars from 2 to 3. This scooter is so much fun! It will go fast enough for teens to have fun, and slow enough for seniors to feel safe. We have attached a dog leash and now our puppy gets lots of exercise. We are free again! There have been a few problems, but the seller was easy to work with. Our broken scooter was quickly replaced. I highly recommend this scooter. ... show more

I test drove a friend's scooter as we're in the market for one for my husband. There is lots to love about this scooter; its foldability, its driving range (my friend has the 27 mile one), etc. The things that make me wary of purchasing this scooter: the lack of infinitely variable speed (even the lowest of the 3 set speeds may be too fast in crowds such as when at a theme park), the fact that the handlebar doesn't adjust closer to the seat (it was a serious stretch for me to reach), that it is fairly heavy at 60+ lbs and that the battery can't easily be removed to make it lighter. I'm not sure we can lift it high enough to get it into our crossover. We may still end up purchasing this scooter even though it's not perfect but, with a few fairly simple modifications, the manufacturer could have made this scooter amazing!!! ... show more

Not sure why the word mobility scooter is in the name. This scooter is more of a hobby that some nerds built in there garage and were so focused on it folding up that they forgot about why the consumer is buying a mobility scooter. It’s cool that it folds up small for transporting but most people that buy these are using them because they are handicapped in someway or are elderly and can walk well etc. the Turing radius is terrible, the seat is uncomfortable and way too far back, Backrest is so small it mine as well not have one and no armrests.
