The media could not be loaded. I got mine on sale for 56 bucks and let me tell you this chair is worth every penny. I also own an Aeron Chair made by Herman Miller which literally costs 10 times more than this drafting chair and the quality is very similar believe it or not. Now, there are two weak spots in my opinion: 1) The wheels are really cheap plastic low quality wheels. But for 56 bucks I am perfectly okay with that. I was lucky I had 5 extra wheels (4 from a Husky piece and 1 from who know what) that were all the same size. And I popped them on and the chair feet and it feels like a real Herman Miller. It rolls on my Swisstrax tiles like a knife on butter. Check my video to see it for yourself. 2) The instructions say on 'Step 4' to attach the armrests first and then the backrest later. No matter how many ways I tried, it was impossible for me to attach the backrest 'after' attaching the armrests. I tried following that Step 4 word by word, by screwing the screws with a loose fit, etc, etc. Over and over I tried without any success. So, I finally tried to attach the backrest to the armrests first and 'then' attach the armrests (with the backrest already attached) to the bottom of the seat. And that really worked like a charm (finally). Other than that, it is really the best tall chair you can find on Amazon. I spent quite a bit of time researching and for the price and quality this MCQ drafting chair is by far the best one I was able to find. Give it a shot! From the time the box arrived things loked good. When box was opened I found assembly hardware & tool on top of packings. Manual was easy to find & detailed with instructions & illustrations. This chair was pretty easy to assemble, but I find it very uncomfortable. The ring that you put your feet on doesn't extend out far enough. When I put my feet on it, I feel like falling forward. I purchased this chair based on its height. It is the perfect height for my counter height desk. The assembly was super easy. I wish that there were some washers included as the bolts do not have large flanges. Reviews on this product page I believe are for multiple products which made it difficult to destinguish which one refer to the current product. Its possible that this product has changed over time and thus why the reviews vary. The chair is constructed from decent materials and is pretty comfortable. My only complaint is that the bracket for the chair does not include tilt functionality. ... show more

This is was a steal. The drafting chair is much more comfortable than I imagine — both because of the cushion and the suspension from the gas lift, which is better than in all the chairs I owned in the past. The back support is really nice too. I used it in my art studio and really like it.
