I use the chair at a counter-height desk (so I can sit when I get tired of standing). I have also used the chair at it's lowest height with a regular-height desk. It was no problem to assemble. All the parts are there. It is comfortable enough for me except that the arm rests are too high for me. I sometimes just rotate them up and out of my way. While I'm seated, the seat comes down my thighs to within about two inches of my knees, and i have a couple inches of clearance on either side between my hips and the sides of the chair. The ring footrest is adjustable, so I have it at a proper height for me, but it's still not super comfortable as I have to tuck my feet back to get them to the footrest. I am 5'1" with 36" hips, so if you are substantially taller/wider than me, you may find the chair doesn't fit you as well as you'd like. As for quality--the mesh seat fabric snags somewhat easily. Also, I noticed some small imperfections in molding of the plastic part of the chair. The imperfections are purely cosmetic, though, I I just noticed them after having had the chair for several months, now. The padding in the armrests is just OK. It's thin padding, and I can feel the hard plastic underneath it when I rest my elbows on it, but it's slightly better than no padding at all. If you can't tell from the description, the only adjustments to be made with the chair are rotating the arms down or back, raising/lowering the seat, and raising/lowering the footrest.

I really like this style of chair, however starting with delivery, it took a few extra days to arrive so it was a long wait outside promised timeline. When I was unboxing it, I noticed the flat seat attachment sticking out of the box and a additional piece of tape over it. It didn't look like someone had fully assembled it but played with it and repacked it. This is ok except the rubber gasket connecting the back mesh fabric was pulled out, and the base paint was chipped. I have photos of all of this but somehow, they wouldn't load into this review. I also hadn't noticed before ordering the flimsy upholstery of the seat and arm rest pads in addition to it being only 41"H. (My mistake) I'd like to return it but would rather have the taller gas lift to replace the one that I received instead of returning the entire chair. If possible. It's a very comfortable chair and is better quality than I've seen from some of the other resellers here. The base has two bolts securing each leg to the center unifier instead of one, it has a thicker powder coated paint finish, sturdy molded plastic and plywood under the cushion instead of the fiberboard you often get. Thumbs way up for that. The upholstery, not so great. It will snag on clothing, jewelry (armrests, so bracelets or that nice ring) or zippers (Embellished jeans, look out!) very easy or tear if you slide out too quick. It will need to be reupholstered, sooner rather than later.

The chair is comfortable. It was easy for me to put together. The white is a vivd white and the gray is bright and it looks fresh and modern. I had an issue lowering and raising the chair initially, but after tightening the bottom, it worked much better.

Very easy to put together. (I was skeptical when I read the other reviews. The instructions are better than most.) The only tool needed is the one provided. Super comfortable. I love the height. I needed an adjustable chair for for my craft room which has a counter height surface. This is perfect.

Simple instructions and seems quality parts. The Allen wrench included was soft and after tightening down, would slip. Used my real Allen wrench and screws went tight and no slip. Wife uses for standing desk. She likes the foot rest. Goes high enough but an 1” or 2” too high at its lowest level for her. But works. Likes the grey color too.

It's easy enough to assemble. But the arm rests leave black marks on me if I have them pushed back. The seat is not comfortable for short periods and is worse for long periods of sitting. I should have paid a little more attention to the lowest the chair could go but I'm 5'6" and my feet don't fully touch the floor when I'm sittinh on it. I would not recommend this chair to anyone. Seem like sturdy enough materials were used but it's not comfortable.
