The Solgar Company has been around since 1947 making quality products. I've used their Multi-Vitamins for years in the past but stopped taking care of myself and got out of the habit. I like Solgar for several reasons. 1. They use Chelated minerals which means the mineral is in a form that makes it easier for your body to absorb it. 2. You only take 1 a day. 3. The coating on their vitamins are aqueous which means they are water based which also allows your body to absorb them better. 4. It's a very comprehensive Multi and has everything you need. 5. They are dairy, gluten free and vegan. 6. These are award winning vitamins that have been around for many years. Solgar has other Viramins and supplements ( I take their Omega3 but NEVER at the same time).. The vitamins are large (I call them horse pills) but they're worth it.
