this product is great, lots of chemicals so you dont need to order refills any time soon.......well maybe. Be careful when unscrewing the drip cap because if it is on tight, it will unscrew the entire top and when you go to put it in the tester, well lets just say, it does not drip out! other than that, good stuff

Good kit, but reagent refills are not available. Customers will deplete the cyanuric acid and hardness reagents quickly making the 9 in 1 kit moot. Look for other options unless these reagents become available.

I purchased this as a testing kit for in between times of going to the pool store. It's a little overwhelming on arrival but every bottle is color coded and the instructions are outstanding. Very clear and easy to use scales to compare color. For the value and the number of tests available. It is an excellent choice of testing water kits

The reagents colors do not match the kits color samples. Phosphorus test strips were green and the matching result samples are blue. The ph was orange and there is no matching color on the test vile. Not sure it's a result of the reagent or a poor choice of colors on the test viles. Also there is no information about who to contact included with the kits. The kits was open inside the amazon box and appears to have been a return. The instructions appear to have gotten wet previously.

This kit is nicely packaged with clear instructions. The chlorine/bromine test is good. However, the pH test phenol reagent does not contain any halogen neutralizer (thiosulphate) which means that the result is inaccurate if there is chlorine or bromine present. In my case, the pH reading is blue, whereas it should be red to pink to orange.
