An older pair of sneakers, which I love were revived with these insoles. I put them in before a 2 week trip with lots of walking. The bumps on the insole were noticeable when I first wore them, but I adjusted and they are so comfortable. I’ll get another pair for other sneakers.

Got these to help make my Jadon Platform Doc martens a little more comfortable during the break-in period. Ive only worn them for a few minutes but its definitely an improvement and I'll probably be able to wear them for longer. Not a complete fix obviously, but a major improvement.

I bought these for my cute little tennis sneakers for a trip to Europe. I knew we would be walking around a lot, and I am not an athletic shoe person, so I bought cute little canvas shoes and slid these in. What a difference they made!!!.     • Heal is too thick doesn't work for Vans or Converse sneakers
I had a couple pairs of Dr. Scholl's inserts in the past and really liked them. But this insert just doesn't work for me. I used it on my Vans and Converse sneakers, and the heal of the insert is just too thick so it raised my heals too much that the shoes became too shallow to grip on my feet when I walk.
