These are great. I replaced the insoles that came with my old shoes and now I'm ready to take them to Disneyland. I barely had to trim them to fit my women's size 10 shoes. The little bumps are like walking on little marshmallows, very springy and comfortable.

    • Don't fit inside every shoe, aren't exactly like floating on air, but are close enough.
These insoles are feel great, but they don't fit in any type of shoe, because they are a bit thicker and in some cases even too long. These insoles are best for wide low heeled shoes that are typically 1-2 inches such as sneakers, slip-ons, boots and flats in general. They won't fit in narrow shoes or really tight boots. How they feel depends on your shoe, they feel wonderful in sneakers, but if you have a higher heeled shoe with less cushioning built into the shoe they don't feel the same and you will be putting more pressure on the forefront of your foot since these are thicker than most other insoles, but the their thickness is at the back and not the front of your foot. Having insoles that are thicker in the back area than the front may cause discomfort for some people, especially for those who have a callus issue or metatarsalgia. ... show more

I have bunion problems so I buy wide shoes when I can and a half-size bigger when I can't . So I bought these to soften the step in a pair of flats...and to take up the extra space. It’s a really comfortable insole. You basically cut it to fit inside your shoes if it’s too big which is was. The insole felt really comfortable. It’s definitely good to use for long walks and if your shoes are too big, it’ll make the shoe feel like a size smaller
