Not sure where the customer support complaints came from. I have made contact with them for help signing up for the warrenty and they replied same day and were super helpful. The battery lasts super long and charges up pretty quick. Love the screen and how I dont have to worry about water messing with it. Not to mention, how light it is really helps the boat.

So far, so good with this battery. I've had it out 5 times and used a 30lb Minn Kota trolling motor. Starting at 100% each time, I was on the water roughly 5-6 hours at a time. When I finished I still had 65%-70% left. This is a massive upgrade from my AGM battery. The LED readout is nearly impossible to read when in the sun. You have to block the light to be able to read it. That's a very minor issue, and obviously doesn't effect the performance. Plenty of capacity for what I'm using it for. This doesn't have Bluetooth connectivity, so keep that in mind if that's something you want. The battery housing quality seems to be great. Would buy again if needed.

Ordered battery received wrong tracking number. Battery didn’t come to me but several states away. Contacted company and they apologized and checked into it and sent a new tracking number and I received my battery! Shipping is a little slow but they worked through the issue and I received my battery. It came with a 13.13 volts I’m impressed with the looks and appearance of quality. I will put it to use and report back. They are a safe company to order from and will be ordering again. I gave 4 stars just for slower time receiving!

These batteries are great. When I took the first one out of the box my first thought was "man thats a sharp looking battery", it has clean lines and is black and shiny. My second thought was "this is the thing is super lite." The packaging was sturdy and professional. I bought these to replace the deep cycle battery that came with my travel trailer. They won't run the air conditioner, but the run everything else. I will be buying more of these, provided the price stays reasonable.

Trash battery, had it for a year and a half and it only holds a 39% charge now max. It sat in storage a majority of its life as well. I would not recommend this, go find a different brand.

After trying lead acid deep cycle or cheap LifePo batteries I finally found a reliable battery to run my Humminbird Helix 7 and my 12v trolling motor all day and still have another day or two charge left. I’m very pleased. Lightweight and a battery condition meter to boot! That was a bonus.

UPDATE: So my trolling motor draws 41amps at full speed, just like the motor website says. I have used this battery for 2 trips for about 6 hours total on the water. The battery is now showing 67%. This is mathematically where it should be. Also, my motor is pushing my boat 3 mph with 2 people and gear. With my lead battery I was getting only 2 mph. This is definitely worth every penny! It will pay for itself in a couple years. The meter works perfect and takes out all the guess work of charge left. It also actually shows the amps being used as the motor is running. My deep cell lead acid battery bit the dust after about 4 years of moderate use. Like others I was skeptical about these Chinese batteries. I figured it was good a time as any to give this one a shot, since I had to buy a new battery anyway. This one only costed $60 more. As you sit there with your finger on the left mouse button trying to decide whether or not to click to buy it, just buy it. You will not regret it! Original post: Battery arrived 3 days early. Came in at 33% charged. Put on smart charger that charged at 15a. Charger shut off in just under 4 hrs right on schedule, when the battery was full. Monitor reads 100% at 13.4. I guess this is a good voltage number. Trying it out on my 40lb thrust trolling motor soon. As long as I get around 4-6 hours trolling around fishing things will be peachy. If the battery fails I will revise my listing and change my rating.

I bought this last summer of 2025 and used it to power my Minnkota trolling motor. It worked very well and only had to recharge it once during a week’s use. For the winter of 2025-2026 I charged it up and stored it inside. I’ve been checking it periodically and it still show 13.3 volts! Hasn’t dropped at all! I was planing to buy a charger in case I had to recharge it in storage but this doesn’t need it. I am so far very impressed with Dr. Prepare battery.
