I really loved using this treadmill for the very little amount of time it worked. We have now followed all maintenance instructions and the treadmill is still jerking and shaking after only 1-2 months of use. Now I'm in the process to return it, but I don't have the box anymore (because the box is huge, who would keep it?!) so I'm going to have to find a way to ship it back and pay postage. (the return label says postage required). I am very upset and disappointed in this entire experience.

So I got this to replace the treadmill I previously had that went out on me a few months ago. I've so far used it for about a week now and here are some of my thoughts. Got the package delivered and boy is this treadmill HEAVY. Getting the package in the house and moved around to where I needed it was a chore for sure. Be sure to have help moving this treadmill as it will hurt you. That being said, once out of the package, the assembly was very easy. All you had to do was secure a few spots with hex bolts and nuts. The instructions were a little tough to read at times but otherwise I was able to put it all together by myself in about 20 minutes. This treadmill is very quiet during use. I usually have music playing on my Echo Dot which is sitting right next to the treadmill but you can't hear the treadmill running at all. As for playing music, I have not tried the speakers on the treadmill as of yet. It does NOT have Bluetooth. You can connect any device with a 3.5 mm plug to the treadmill with the included cord. That being said, there are some design things that I don't necessarily like about the treadmill. First, the treadmill only reads in Kilometers and there is no way to change that to Miles if you prefer that. There is also not a great way to hold on to the treadmill should you need to. The handholds hare very thick and even with my big hands it is hard to grip. Also, the heartrate monitor is not great either. I have a Fitbit and the treadmill almost never matches the Fitbit heartrate when I check it. The only other thing I don't like about the treadmill is the cupholders on either side of the display. They do not have level bottoms. They are tilted at the same angle as the display so setting a water bottle in there is sketchy at best. Even with those flaws, I think that this is a good treadmill. It has some good cushioning while walking/jogging so it feels pretty good on the joints for me. Also the footprint of the machine is pretty small and doesn't take up too much space in my living room. For the $700 I paid for the machine, I think I got a pretty good deal and the shipping came pretty fast. If you need a treadmill and don't have a lot to spend on a really high quality machine, I would recommend this one.

As I stated previously, I was disappointed that the treadmill was not working when I got it. This company has done a great job with their customer service. They have tried the best to help me repair my treadmill and I really appreciate the job they’ve had.

the manual does not tell you that when you set a program on the machine that every five minutes your speed increases dramatically with out a warning only a small beep. so you have to make sure you are ready or you can fall and injure yourself. I didn't know and almost fell on my face. So I make sure that I am ready to lower the speed each time it increases. It also likes to increase your incline. the manual is very vague on programs and what they do or how to really use the machine. You have to use it by trial and error. So BEWARE

been working with this company about the treadmill not working. Customer service has been very helpful. They refunded the full amount to me because of a problem with the treadmill. Customer service has even done followup emails since then. I would would probably order again from this company when I am ready for a new item

La máquina funciona bien pero tuve un accidente que pudo ser de graves consecuencias,la banda del motor que mueve la banda de correr se desmonto por falta de tensión como consecuencia queda libre la estera de caminar y en plena actividad tuve una caída libre en sentido opuesto al desplazamiento con las implicaciones que trae golpes en la cabeza ,brazos y piernas,mi recomendación revise la correa del motor antes de usar el equipo parece que al fabricante se le olvido estirarla, en ese momento sentí deceos hasta de demandarlos por la falta de advertencia al comprador.

The media could not be loaded. Worked great for a few weeks then started slowing down or speeding up spontaneously. Scary to use after that. Really interesting to use their customer service. Threw out the box, so can’t return it. Update: Received refund and didn’t have to return it. Used refund to buy Xterra 4500.
