This Dr Berg vitamin D & K2 blend seems to be working well for only taking it a few weeks. It’s a conservative and accurate blend that makes it easier than taking multiple supplements separately. It’s a lower dose, but still more than my doctor recommended. I’m using it for a mild vitamin D deficiency and K2 to help direct the calcium to my bones. (My doctor only recommended calcium and vitamin D) I recommend learning from Dr. Berg on YouTube. I will be purchasing this product again.

I really need vitamin d daily. Every time I get my labs done I’m low in vitamin d. I often watch Dr. Berg and saw that k2 is important to take along with D. I also remember him talking about ox bile being benificial so when I saw this I was excited to try. The first few time I took it I experienced nausea which is nothing unusual as I have a sensitive stomach and some things make me nauseous. I started doing what I always do and taking right before bed so the nausea doesn’t bother me as much and that seemed to work but after two days I started having burning in my stomach. I do suffer from gastritis which will cause burning when I drink alcohol or too many redbulls but I hadn’t done that. It continued a few days then I realized this was the only thing I had changed in the time it was bothering me. I stopped and it went away. Maybe the ox bile irritated my stomach I don’t know but I’m sad this didn’t work for me and I can’t take them. Edit: The seller reached out and offered to make things right. So glad to see a company who stands behind their products. I will definitely try some of their other products in the future.
