Poor plug, bad connections, waste of time... inexpensive and poorly made
All the connections were made, but the main plug on this thing is either very poor or they just did a terrible job of making connections. At first it would not turn on at all. I found that the ground wire was not conducting through the plug. So, I just ran an extra ground wire, then it would turn on. Next driver front speaker would not work, but if you wiggled the plug, it would intermittently work. (All speakers worked with the factory stereo, so all these issues are just a result of a bad wiring harness.

The right part for the right job
Perfect fit if you follow instructions, make sure you check back of radio installed to make sure this will fit, I got it right on my second attempt even though the year and model was right, the first one did not fit
