I've never been one to buy into the "gaming chair" craze. That said, I needed a second chair and wanted something that was going to be more comfortable than my other office chair. I settled on this one mainly because of the adjustable arm rests. Let me just say, this chair is incredibly well made for the price. It feels sturdy, looks great, and is very comfortable for me to sit in for hours. The lumbar pillow is a little awkward. I've just been using the neck pillow, which for me is a nice touch and allows me to actually lean back and not feel like my neck is going to break. I don't really recline at my desk and honestly find it kind of weird that this has become such a huge selling point on chairs, so I can't speak on the footrest. But I can say being able to recline the chair just enough so I don't feel stiff as a board is nice. I would definitely recommend this chair.

This chair is such a great value. If you’re on the fence, get it. This chair is fabulous! It has everything I was looking for and cost the same amount as my last office chair which was just a plain rolling chair. It looks sophisticated and is incredibly comfortable. The heated massage is wonderful.

I was hoping I would upgrade my gaming chair but now I feel like my old one might be more comfortable. It's a great value, I got it on sale for $100 which isn't bad for what it is. The massage feature isn't anything to write home about. In fact, if you're not using it, it's kinda in the way. The foot rest is short, stubby, and a bit wobbly and poorly secured. Overall, looks good, easy assembly, but not worth $200 if it ever gets off sale. If you are looking for comfort in long sessions, I'd look elsewhere.

I did a lot of research when buying this chair. I’ve been buying gaming chairs since about 2010. I am a film maker so I spend a lot of time at the chair when editing, but after I am done working I spend some hours gaming at night. What I’ve learned after buying many gaming chairs is price definitely does not equal comfort. I now tend to look at the shape of the chair now to determine whether it’s a good fit or not and this one looked right down my alley. Build quality is great. Was pretty easy to put together. It took about an hour but only because I triple checked every step and took my time. Only thing I would say that was off was something I read someone else say before I ordered this that the massager inside the lumbar support pillow is facing opposite of the logo, but easy fix just open it and turn it around. Great chair though and I’m pretty confident it’ll hold up over the next 5 years. I am 5’11” 200lbs.

I heard gaming chairs can be gimmicky and not too comfortable but this one is pretty awesome. The reclining feature makes it not just good for gaming but also if I have a guest over that needs another seat. It's easy to adjust and the foot stand is definitely a nice touch. I would say the instructions could have been a little clearer but if you take your time to build it correctly I think it comes out great.

When getting the chair I was actually surprised by the amount of assembly needed for this price range. The foam on the arm rest is already flat and pressed. I didn’t receive 4 of the “pre installed” (C-2) screws. Quality control should be higher for something in this price range. There are also marks on the chair that make it look like it was put together at some point.
