I purchased this chair due to a back condition coupled w/ WFH, I sit roughly 7 hrs per day. This chair delivers comfort w/ the different positions you can adjust to. The massager is a nice addition. I would give 5 stars but, the pillows are a little to firm for me & the gel pad is very thin
